  5. If you’re ready to join a Space, you can listen on Android, iOS, and web. If you want to host, co-host, speak, react with emojis, or discover Spaces from the Spaces tab (English only for now) tap in on Android or iOS.

  6. What’s that Space bar at the top of Home? It shows Spaces that people you follow are speaking in/listening to. Tap in to join or scroll down on the TL to dismiss the bar. Choose who can see your Spaces listening activity from Settings & privacy > Privacy & safety > Spaces

    Some Tweets are for everyone & others are just for people you’ve picked. We’re now testing Twitter Circle, which lets you add up to 150 people who can see your Tweets when you want to share with a smaller crowd. Some of you can create your own Twitter Circle beginning today!

  10. Video captions or no captions, it’s now easier to choose for some of you on iOS, and soon on Android. On videos that have captions available, we’re testing the option to turn captions off/on with a new “CC” button.

  15. When you want to keep up with Tweets but don’t want to be overwhelmed with notification after notification after notification after... On Android, "Tweets from people you follow" push alerts will now be silent by default. You can turn the alert sounds on in your device settings.

  16. We know video uploads have been slow for some of you on Android. To fix that, we’ve improved how we process some of them. Now it should be faster to share videos (720p or lower) on Android 9+ –– less waiting, more Tweeting while we work on the same for higher quality videos.

  19. The Home and Latest timelines are now just a swipe away for everyone on iOS, and soon on Android and web. Tap the ✨ icon to pin (or unpin) the Latest timeline to your Home tab for easy access.
