How do I verify my eligibility for the Healthcare Workers Discount?

For Online Only: Verify your eligibility by clicking the link above. After successful verification through SheerID, you'll receive a single-use promo code you can use for a 50%-discounted purchase on thenorthface.com.  For Retail Stores: To be verified and use the discount in-store, present the Associate with your state-, government- or employer-issued ID.  For Outlet Stores: To be verified and use the discount in-store, present the Associate with your state-, government- or employer-issued ID.

Can I use the discount more than once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Healthcare Workers can be verified and request a new discount code once every 30 days from April 14, 2020 until Dec. 31, 2020. Once you're ready to shop again, you can re-verify your status and receive a new promo code.

Can I use the discount at a The North Face full-price store or outlet?

Accepted Answer

For Retail Stores: You can only use the 50% off Healthcare Workers discount in the United States on thenorthface.com or at retail stores that are owned and operated by The North Face. Note that this does not include The North Face outlet stores or 3rd-party retailers of The North Face products. To be verified and use the discount in-store, present the Associate with your state-, government- or employer-issued ID. For Outlet Stores: You can only use the 10% off Healthcare Workers discount in the United States at a The North Face outlet store. To be verified and use the discount in-store, present the Associate with your state-, government- or employer-issued ID.

Is the discount valid for all products from The North Face?

Accepted Answer

For Online and Retail Stores: The only excluded products are those already on sale, clearance items and gift cards.  For Outlet Stores: The only excluded products are clearance items and gift cards.

The dropdown menu only includes Nurses and Doctors, what should I do?

We're working with SheerID to update the site, but in the meantime select either Nurse or Doctor and we will adjust on our end.

My code isn't working / I haven't received my code yet?

Accepted Answer

We're so happy about all the interest, but it is creating some delays. You should receive your code within 24 hours. There may be a 20 minute + delay to activate your code once it is sent.
