Technician arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He did what I expected him to do and explained every step of the way. He also ensured everything was operational before he left and told me to call if I had any questions or problem. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The provider was fast, efficient, informative, professional, and helpful. I have no complaints.

Click-Away I have been a Click-Away customer for several years. A satisfied customer -- until recently. I had some work done on my HP laptop and discovered, after the fact, that I had been charged full price when there was a special being offered. I was not informed of the special price and signed the contract. Legally I was told I had signed my name on the paper and that was that! I asked the store manager if that was the way Click-Away treats all its customers and was told to take it up with management because there was nothing HE could do.. So that's exactly what I did. When I explained the issue in person to a corporate officer, he agreed that what happened was wrong and had a check cut for the difference in price. Once again I was a happy Click-Away customer. In the meanwhile I discovered that my security software was no longer working properly after the the above work had been performed. I will not go into details here but after explaining the situation to a corporate officer (a different one this time), he resolved the issue to my total satisfaction. Bottom line: I remain a happy Click-Away customer and will continue going to them for all my computer related needs. (I just won't go back to the store where I encountered the issues cited above.) Click-Away wants happy customers, customers that keep coming back. I am one of those.

The only reason they didn't get straight and quot;Aand quot; is because there was one thing he couldn't quite figure out, and he promised me he'd research and get back to me. I would have been willing to pay for follow up as well, but the technician never got back to me. Finally solved the issue with purchasing the correct wire -- just wasn't something he had in his portable bag of tricks. It was a new PC Windows 8 tablet -- not a lot of folks have experience with yet, but he was willing to jump in and figure it out. Overall very good experience. I am a self-employed business owner without IT support. This was definetly worth the investment.

I can sometimes "fiddle" around to fix some computer problems if I struggle long enough with my device. Usually, however, I make things worse, or get lost in the weeds. On those occasions, I go to the nearest Best Buy's Geek Squad for help; this can be done with or without an and appointment. Although I have access to a 24/7 Geek Squad technician support over the phone, I prefer taking my device to an in-store Best Buy Geek Squad Agent (technician) for help since I feel I can explain things better face-to-face with the device rather than over the phone. I have found all Geek Squad Agents very professional, friendly, understanding and (mostly) patient with "technophobes" like me! One thing is, however, not all agents are created equal in diagnosing and fixing my issues in-store and on the spot. On those occasions, I have to leave my device for a couple of days while other agents resolve the problem which they do very well. However, there is an agent at the Dublin, California Best Buy store by the name of "John"; he's a wizard! He can quickly and confidently diagnose a problem and fix it without leaving my tablet behind for others to do it. I am over joyed as a result! But to be clear: whether it's John or other agents, my issues are always resolved and most of all, I trust them.
