Kohl's Pools
5.0
The owner, Brian Kohl, is very professional, very conscientious, and exceptionally “customer service” oriented. We give him our very highest recommendations. He understands complex pool equipment.

DON'S SWIMMING POOL CENTER

He is an honest person and instead of recommending a new motor, he was able to repair the current motor which saved me a lot of money.

T&G WHIRLPOOL REPAIR
5.0
Came in and inspected my jacuzzi tub. Fill the tub with water and the jet didn't actuate when the water level submersed them. He noted there was a leak in the sensing line. He said he would call the Kohler rep and have him contact me. He didn't charge me anything for this, that's why overall experience is an A. I never heard from the Kohler rep and I don't know if he called Kohler. There was never any follow up.

Spa Warrior
1.0
Huckster from the word go. Bought a gently used spa that was refurbished, new motors, pumps, jets, etc. What a joke. Headrests fell off (they had been stuck on with some mastic, not with the right clips), jet handle broke, housing put on crooked, and on and on. This guy simply sells his stuff then disappears, never to return calls again. He makes promises to show up, does not. Call the answering service time and again with no return call. Once he gets your money (he does NOT take CC, should have tipped me off at that) but demands a check, which he cashes immediately. RUN from this dishonest seller.

T&G WHIRLPOOL REPAIR
5.0
After less than a year in our house, the master bath jacuzzi stopped working. One and a half years later, I got around to contacting Tom, based on a referral from a highly rated Angie's List spa business that doesn't do work on indoor jacuzzis. Tom fixed it in less than 30 minutes and educated me on issues that might arise in the future. The problem was trivial - one end of the hose for the air switch had come off. The motor was also seized up from being inactive for so long, but Tom got it working again.

Dublin Spa Center

6 WEEKS LATER, THE WRONG PART WAS ORDERED AND DELIVERED ONLY TO NOT BE INSTALLED. THE HEAD RESTS WERE ALSO NEVER ORDERED AFTER REQUESTING THEM TWICE. JACUZZI IS STILL NOT FIXED.

Andy's Pool Service
5.0
Andy got in touch with us right away and came out to our house the following week. He called the night before to talk us through setting up the filters and filling the tub with water. The next morning he arrived and taught me how to test the water, add chemicals, and maintain the tub. He was very friendly and explained things in an easy to understand format. By the time he left our tub was up and running and we were in the tub for the first time that night. Andy was knowledgeable and courteous and we would recommend and use his services again.

Sterling Pool Supplies & Service Inc
5.0
From the start, the guys from Sterling pool were professional, on time, accurate, and knowledgeable. They got everything working including my pool lights, the waterfall feature, and of course the iPhone controlled total system. Every time I had a question, they were super friendly and addressed my question. Most important of all was my solar system. I had the solar panels (for the pool) installed by Warm Corporation. They were poor. Very poor. They would not show up on time. Did not pressure test the system (to find the leaks). Sterling was on top of that even though they could have easily said they were not responsible for that part. They helped push Warm Corporation to finally do the pressure test, find three leaks, and fix them all. Sterling is not the cheapest (nor the most expensive). But, they are worth every penny if you want the job done fully and correctly. I also use Sterling for my weekly pool service. The quality and consistency is great. I highly recommend them.

Regina Plumbing
1.0
Contractor provided no advance notice when work would be done. Jacuzzi tub initially installed without metal support legs on sub-floor. Contractor's employees told that tub had not been water tested and that support legs were not on sub-floor. Employee's proceeded with installation anyway using expandable insulation foam to "glue" middle of tub to sub-floor and mortar to secure front legs. When told by homeowner work was not acceptable, employee's quickly attempted to drive away. Homeowner contacted Reginia's office and explained that installation was not done correctly while standing in front of van to stop employees from leaving job site. Homeowner returned to bathroom and removed mortar. Next day, Marty returned with same two employees and installed tub correctly, level with legs on floor, filled with water, mortared in place. Also, Regina's rough plumbing for tub was backward, but corrected by different plumber.
