Just moved into our new home. We were looking for a house for a few months, all the nice houses we saw were completely out of our budget. At some point we started to look at a few fixers. Our house required a lot of work, literally everything. Kitchen, flooring, insulation, rewire, and more. Dor from A2Z was very efficient, detail oriented, and most important for us he know how to move everything very quickly which allowed us to move in in a reasonable time. Dor and his team Got the permits very quickly, they helped us to get all the materials as cabinets, tiles, and plumbing fixtures. Once the construction started the process was pretty smooth, we met them on site every week or a week and a half, they were dealing with most of the work and they made sure to ask us for our opinion for every design dilemma. We love the result! Thank you!

I used Shefer Builder for a kitchen remodel and I'm so glad I did. They were friendly, detail-oriented and flexible. First, I didn't want a total teardown. I wrote a detailed doc specifying what I wanted and sent it to a bunch of contractors. Yaniv was the only guy that actually read it and gave us a competitive quote - everyone else tried to upsell us a total teardown. I really appreciated that. We wanted to purchase all materials and appliances ourselves, and Yaniv worked efficiently with us to schedule things . Partway through the process we changed our mind - went for an in-counter cooktop instead of a separate range. Yaniv took the change in stride, adjusted the quote and schedule, and work continued smoothly. I was very impressed. Partway through the renovation, covid hit. When this happened Yaniv quickly hurried his schedule so that his workers could be out of our house as soon as possible. I really appreciated it. This renovation was over a year ago and all the work has been first rate. There wasn't a detail missed and everything's held up. For all my future renovations, Shefer Builder will be my first (and probably only) call.

I met with Ethan in December of 2020 and we signed the contract, after I spoke to a few other contractors because he definitely had the best pricing and really good reviews. The work only started 6 months after the contract and in the meantime the raw material cost went up but Eitan did not increase the price of the contract despite including all raw materials in the contract. He uncovered a problem in plumbing while installing brand new windows, despite that there was only two week delay in the schedule. He built me my dream kitchen and all along the way advised on what would actually look nice because I did not hire an interior designer and I was doing it on my own. Build the Bay is trustworthy, clean (which was super important to us because we were living in the house through the construction) and proactive. I would totally hire them for another construction project if something should come up in the future.

To say we got lucky by hiring Everlast Construction is an understatement. After several rounds of interviews and referrals from friends and people in our local community, we were still at a loss about a company that could realistically perform our renovations with the budget we had. We were literally about to postpone the project for several months, but then a close girl-friend mentioned Ariel and EC. Given our experiences with several other construction companies (lying about what they could deliver in the timeline we wanted), we were already biased about what to expect. However, after the first conversation, we realized that Everlast was the company we had been searching for. We used them for a full kitchen reno. They did everything from cabinets and countertops to our appliances and our farmhouse sink. :) They stuck to the timeline we planned for, and helped us tweak the layout to make it work for our home. Ariel was great with communicating and was calm, even when I had lost my cool, don't judge me - renos are hard, and they are extremely stressful for families with young kids. He was transparent about costs for appliances and wait times, and was able to offer comparable options that were in our budget. I would definitely recommend them to families and people working on a specific timeline.

We had a wonderful experience working with Bay Remodels to renovate our home. The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a guest bedroom & bath, adding a laundry room, updating a kitchen and building new deck. Done Right Home Remodeling did a great job renovating one of the bedrooms in my home. They came out and provided a quote the day after I contacted them, and within a week they were at my home doing the work. The quote was reasonable and competitive, the work was done quickly, and the final result was incredible. They put up drywall, a new ceiling, a new window, new doors, painted, put up trim/baseboards, a new fan/light fixture, and sanded/sealed the wood floors all in a week.
