It went very well. They used a vacuum system as they sand, plus they draped plastic from floor to ceiling so no dust from sanding went throughout the house. The floors are restored back to their original beauty.

They were on time. Explained everything they were going to do each day and did it very professional. They even went beyond and for no charge sanded & finished a step in the living room and replaced a board (sanded, & finished) for a trap door in our office.

Ken's Hardwood did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. They offered helpful advice before the job. The previously mismatched finishes on the old and new floors were matched very well. Workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail. For example, I had noticed a protruding screw in a closet threshold and I was unable to tighten it. I didn't mention this because I thought it was small and outside the scope of the job. However, Ken's crew noticed it and fixed it without even being asked. Everything was carefully masked when the finishes were applied, and the crew did not leave a mess behind. In short, we're thrilled with the experience and end result!

Overall good. But I kept berg told different time about whee I could walk on floors. Also scarfed some of new pant off walls.

It was a pleasure to have the men that did the tear out and new wood. The men that sanded and stained were all very neat and clean and did a great job!

John and Jason did a great job on a very old and tired looking hardwood floor. They were excellent about explaining the properties of hardwood floors and what was possible with limited sanding possibilities and large chips. Moreover, they were very patient and receptive to my overbearing nitpicks! They made multiple samples until I was pleased with the color, and they came back happily for some touch-ups. I would definitely recommend them. They were a pleasure to work with!

The customer experience was outstanding from quote to completion. Doug provided information to me about what to expect during the job when he did the quote. One of the biggest benefits is their vacuum system. After the 1st day of sanding, there wasn't a big mess to clean up at all. Day one: sand and stain; Day two: first coat of polyurethane; Day three: 2nd coat; Day four: 3rd coat. My floors look beautiful!

Replaced entire kitchen and even put in a design element in middle of kitchen. He also sanded and refinished dinning room, hall, and foier (sp). Great experience and nice people to work with. I was just a little unhappy with the covering of family room, so I bought heavy plastic for him to use when he was sanding. He should have done this but it worked out fine. He was fair and reliable. Very happy with his work.
