We were looking for a Landscape company which also did concrete. We found Ramirez Landscape and Concrete Co. We had some ideas front and back yard. We met with Roberto and he understood our vision. Concrete work and landscape was beyond our expectations. Roberto and his team work was very professional and it was a pleasure hiring them for our yard makeover. We would use them again and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Excellent job. Very neat worker. Everything was spick and pan when the job was done. Even the hose was coiled back to position. I have had the concrete for 1/2 a year and no cracks.

Excavation was first rate and incredibly efficient due to expert operators. Company owns and operates new equipment. We had huge job and everything was well within their scope and capabilities. Trenched and installed over 200 ft of electrical conduit and irrigations lines. Grading was outstanding. All drops perfect to spec. Recent rains validate all runoff built as designed to include very complicated 10 yard concrete stair, landing and retaining structure. GeoWall retaining system was a large 1100 sq ft project on a complicated incline. Base development, drainage and grid/strap installation all excellent resulting in level rows up to 6 feet high. Concrete planning, forming, color and execution of 60 sq ft slab with custom incllines exact to specification. Asphalt install on steep drive outstanding. Installed 4 inch steel boarders for erosion control and sharp presentation. Team members are absolute pros and highly efficient. Always on time and always left a clean jobsite. Company has my highest recommendation…5 stars +

Abbott Concrete arrived on time on the agreed to starting day (Monday) and removed 70 feet of old fence. They dug the footing for the new retaining wall and formed up the inside of the retaining wall. The following day (Tuesday) they came and finished the concrete form. Two days later (Thursday) the concrete arrived and was installed. The front form was removed and the wall was stamped. Friday they came out and finished removing the concrete forms and removed an old wooden retaining. Wednesday of the following week. the brick to top the wall, arrived and was installed over the next two days. 28 days after the concrete was stamped they came out and power washed the wall and applied sealer. A job well done. Their price was far below the other estimates I got

My front yard was a disaster from an ugly concrete block retaining wall, to overgrowth with weeds. I called Theresa! Theresa had a vision of what to do and presented me with options and drawings. After discussing the options I decided on clearing and removing the retaining wall and exisitng concrete walkway and porch, grading the from yard and pouring a new stamped concrete walkway and porch. The yard was then landscaped with several plantings and an irrigation sustem was installed. As the project moved along and I saw how great the new concrete walkways looked I decided to have the existing driveway removed and replaced with stamped concrete as well. I now have a beautiful front yard that is the envy of my neighbors. Theresa keeps in touch and her maintenance crew is available to help with with upkeep as needed. I would highly recommend Designs by Theresa!

I worked with Mike Lewis before. The quality of the finished product is good, but you really need to stay on top of them to get everything done 100% to your satisfaction - communication and attention to detail are not their strong points. During the estimate, we discussed replacing the approach ramp to the driveway. My impression was that it would be in the estimate and so I pulled a permit for it - it wasn't included in the contract and it would have been significantly more money to get it done. I decided to move forward with just the driveway. Demolition went fine, their team works very quickly. The new driveway and walkway look nice, but they missed several things. They did not run a pipe under the door step for an irrigation line (which was discussed and clearly marked in the drawing I gave them). They did not replace the cover to the sewer cap (which they removed). Concrete stain was left on the exterior walls of the house as well. Stay home & on top of them if you hire.

Thomas and Jennifer were so great to work with! They responded quickly when I reached out for a quote which by the way was free and they got the quote to me just as quickly. They came the next day to look at the property, provided me with a contract and started the very next day. They even showed up on time every day. I hate to say it but in my experience that has never been the case anytime I've had work on my house. They were super friendly, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job on my driveway. My husband came home from work after the concreate was poured and was amazed that it almost matched our existing driveway! Great job! I plan to use them again when we get ready to do our backyard project next!

The project went well. Frank is a very good contractor to work with - very knowledgeable and helpful. Cost was comparable to other contractors. The quality of the work was very good. Our paving work is top notch. Frank is also responsive and corrects Minor issues after completion quickly. Overall I am happy with the project and would use Frank again.

I have personally seen the growth of this company. I am so proud they are expanding into the Glendale area. I know they will be successful just like they were in the Bay Area. 100% Class Acts.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Sanchez Concrete. They were patient with us while we contacted our neighbors who share and own the driveway with us (although we were paying for the whole thing....long story). Once work began, the men were considerate of us while working. We did have to and quot;pauseand quot; the construction at one point because they discovered a leaking, corroded water main. It took us a few days to get a plumber to fix it, but they also agreed to dig the trench for us in order to move the plumbing along more quickly. After that, everything went smoothly and we have a smooth driveway to drive on. They also worked with our neighbor to help slope the driveway to deal with some drainage problems she had.

They did exceptional work. There's a lot of lousy companies out there and this is not one of them. They have average pricing but it's well worth it. We are completely satisfied. They are professional and have a good crew and made sure we were happy.

I was very satisfied. They did a variety of concrete work. They did aggregate and also poured concrete in the driveway. They also did the sidewalk across the front of the house. People stop to look at the completed job, and comment on how good it looks. It is really nice.

We phoned Joseph Vaccaro Concrete and that same afternoon Mr. Vaccaro came by to give an estimate. After taking measurements, he wrote his estimate of $1,200 on the back of his business card. This was much less than a previous estimate and we accepted immediately, as we were impressed by his friendly, business-like manner, evidence of long experience working with concrete and the reports on Angie's List. Mr. Vaccaro showed up precisely at 7 a.m. yesterday as scheduled and immediately went to work breaking up the concrete with a sledgehammer and pickax. He also used a concrete saw to cut out a strip we wanted removed just inside the garage door. His helpers came by on schedule to load up the broken concrete and then left. Mr. Vaccaro supervised the pouring of the concrete and did an expert job smoothing out the surface himself, using his years of experience to produce a perfect surface in just a couple of hours. He even brought two stakes with yellow tape to mark off the new driveway as it dried. He was finished by 1 p.m. after having cleaned up the entire area. We were extremely pleased with Mr. Vaccaro's work and would recommend him to anyone. He is a real craftsman and a pleasure to work with.

John was great. He was quick to respond and to give a bid. His bid was lower than the others I got. He offered suggestions for dealing with tricky drainage issues. His crew was fantastic and fun to work with. The quality of the work is excellent. The work was completed on time and the clean up was perfect.
