The need for a few unanticipated services popped up as the renovations proceeded, and we were able to work out the details and, ultimately, the cost. The water line to the refrigerator leaked. They came and repaired the ceiling and fixed the line.

As a decorator, I was hired to update the large room in a condo clubhouse. This was a floor-to-ceiling job. I worked with Perry/Innovative Homes on the ceiling. The vaulted ceiling had been covered previously with dated and mismatched acoustic tile. The client needed a surface with acoustic properties and an attractive appearance. Perry recommended Tectum tiles. The client approved. Perry and his team installed them as scheduled and on-budget. The client and many of the condo residents have commented that, among all the work done, the change to the ceiling was the most significant. They are still very happy. As am I.

I had to have a gas flue pipe from the furnace replaced. This involved pulling down some basement ceiling to expose the pipes then repair the ceiling after the flue was replaced. Mark and his co-worker showed up on the early side both days. They discussed with me what they would be doing to repair the ceiling. They made sure to clean up before leaving the first day and after they finished the job. They did a good job matching the ceiling paint with the rest of the basement ceiling. Overall, a positive experience.

Mike, George, and Holly were all very hard working and professional. They removed the damaged drywall from the ceiling, performed mold mitigation, repaired the leaky plumbing, and replaced drywall and re-painted the entire ceiling. It all looks brand new.

All we can say is "wow." We had water damage to our interior ceiling that left our drywall stained and cracked. The team that came out to do the work was very professional and did a great job. While the ceiling was open for the repair, they discovered an area of ceiling that wasn't properly supported - they were sure to alert us and they put the ceiling back even better than it was before. Not only that, but the builder who did this house did a sloppy job on the ceiling - JDs guys scraped off every imperfection and painted our entire ceiling with clean lines and no visible brush strokes. They were very careful to cover everything, moved the furniture for us, and cleaned up after they were done. They worked long hours to make sure they did the job right and we are so glad we had them help us. Highly recommended!

Fredy and his crew did an amazing job in my house. I had a number of estimates, and I was told by some because of the damage to ceilings from the "popcorn" paint and the scraping to remove it, that the only way to repair the ceiling was by installing new drywall. Fredy told me he could repair the ceiling. I can't believe how perfect the ceilings are - no one would ever know that they weren't flat all along. The painting job on the house is perfect. There was a lot of trim, and the job is excellent. Fredy and his crew are also terrific carpenters. I had a number of areas where work was done for insulation, HVAC, and plumbing, and walls needed to be closed or ducts needed to be framed. Fredy and his crew are professionals, and I recommend them highly. In addition, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies who wanted to sub-contract the drywall work.

We provided the designs and the cabinets and planned the floor and ceiling with him. The removal of a wall and installation of flooring and partitions, ceiling modifications, cabinet installation and adjustments were all performed by Naveed and his team. The work was completed in time and he came back for minor adjustments whenever required. He was easily accessible on his phone when needed. He provided some critical inputs which made the kitchen and bathroom more easy for use.

They came out and did an estimate for soundproofing the ceilings in our condo (we live underneath some extremely loud people). The price was absolutely fair. We paid approximately $3K for him to install soundproofing, new vents and replace the ceiling over the span of about 6 or 7 days. The noise level is much more bearable now! The ceiling and vents look fantastic! They left everything very neat and clean! They were extremely professional and very friendly! We actually had him do BOTH of our bedrooms because we were so happy with the job that was done on the first! Executive is METICULOUS and does things the right way!!! I definitely recommend them!

We discovered a leak in the bathroom ceiling and called ACE Multi Cleaning, who we had used in the past during hurricane Sandy and Irene for mold and rebuilding our basement. ACE immediately responded, troubleshooted and found the problem with the roof and fixed it that day. What a great time to remodel the bathroom, since we were going to be replacing the ceiling, we did the whole bathroom over. ACE was great, not only did they replace the ceiling and floor, but the tile design on the wall is amazing. And I thank ACE the job was completed before the Christmas holiday.

They did a complete refurbish - floor to ceiling, new lighting, etc. They removed walls that were between the kitchen and living area. Now we have a wide open space to entertain guests. I highly recommend Juan and Jovi/J-O Home Improvement. Additionally they did a floor to ceiling refurbish of my wife's bathroom. Next, they moved the laundry area from the basement to the second floor. Another floor to ceiling refurbishment. Lastly, they re-tiled and replaced the tub in my bathroom. No problems were encountered during any of the home improvement projects.

Byron came out to provide an estimate for the work. I should note that I contacted several providers from Angie's List and ABHI was the only company to respond. The work was done and I am more than satisfied! Byron was flexible, professional, and knowledgeable! During the final walk through of the work, Byron and Javier saw some areas of concern and offered some solutions to the basement issues at a very good rate! They are honest and it appears that they have their customers best interest in mind. I look forward to working with them in the very near future! I would recommend their work to anyone who needs work done in their home.

Billy (the owner) and his team did a fantastic job! When we purchased an older home as-is, we knew it was going to need quite a bit of work. The plaster ceilings upstairs had major cracks that were actively crumbling, and we hired Billy to take out the whole ceiling and replace with drywall. Billy stopped by to take a look and talk us through our options. He provided us with a quote right away that was very reasonable, and was able to get started almost immediately thanks to a break in a different project. Over the course of a few days, Billy and his team worked tirelessly on what turned out to be a challenging job! The ceilings were essentially several inches of very heavy concrete that took a lot of work to get out, plus one of the rooms had custom bookcases that needed to be carefully removed and set aside to access the ceiling. Billy's crew showed up on time every day and worked through tirelessly. Billy even threw in some extra insulation at no additional charge! The guys even worked over the weekend to make sure it was finished with minimal disruption to us. They did a great job of ceiling off the closets and other rooms to keep the space clean as well. They also did a beautiful job tailoring the new drywall to fit our ceilings, which are actually somewhat curved and therefore needed precisely cut pieces. Now we have beautiful, freshly painted ceilings that are even a bit higher than the original, since the plaster had been so thick. The lines where they accounted for the ceiling curves are clean and precise. It completely transformed the upstairs, and we are so thrilled with the work that Billy and his crew did! We plan to use Billy for future projects in our house, starting with completely overhauling a the decrepit screened-in porch on the side of our house. My project involved repairing a drywall ceiling that had been damaged years ago and poorly repaired. The size of the area was about 3 ft by 3 ft. Pedro of JW Improvements came to my house and did an estimate and proposal to fix the ceiling in the upstairs hall. He gave me a list of materials to purchase. We scheduled a date for the work to be performed. Roky arrived on time to perform the work. He explained what he would do and went right to work. He finished the job on time and the results were excellent. Roky is efficient and dedicated to finishing the work. In addition to the ceiling I plan to have JW Improvements do more work at my house soon and will ask that Roky be sent to do the work.

Estimation was accurate to the finding of the leak from the roof down into the ceiling of the Bedroom. Team was Covid 19 compliant on the work day and the entire project took 8 hours. The Team repaired the leak on the roof and adminstered drywall on the ceiling and matched perfectly by painting the exterior of the bedroom and closet.
