Each craftsman that was sent to the house was knowledgeable, polite and completed their task as promised. The maple floors are beautiful and all painting meticulous. The tile was a little tricky as we replaced the trim tiles only. This meant the tiles needed to be carefully removed to avoid breaking the remaining tile. Before re-grouting, he took the extra care needed to remove and prep the existing grout. We are more than pleased with their work and would use them again.

I started my project in in Late June finding the right Company to Install, Repair Squeaks in my 2nd floor before New Carpet is installed. On 7/15 Rob returned my call the same day to setup a meeting for the request for quotes, we confirmed the date/time for him to come out to measure my home and explain the squeaks if they can be repaired, he gave me very good information on the issue and provided a date/time for me to come into the store to review samples of carpet , color, texture and type of foam, When I arrived at the store Rob had many selections for me to choose from based on what we discussed when he came out of my home. I also explained that because of my Arthritis I would not be able to move furniture out of my home, he explained that his team would be move my furniture which was included in my cost. The week before the install, I received a call from the install manager who explained the process and steps on installation and the additional work replacing the screws that were causing the squeaks. On Tuesday the installers arrived earlier than expected which was nice, they identified who they were, explained to me what they were going to do and began work, they were very respectful and ask questions when required, but other than that they moved the furniture, fixed the floor squeaks and installed my new beautiful carpet, they cleaned up as they worked, before leaving they asked me to check and look around, any questions I had they answered or resolved the issue. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND DID AN EXTRA SPECIAL JOB OF REMOVING THE FURNITURE BEFORE LAYING THE PADDING AND CARPET. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT AND THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS IN REPLACING THE FURNITURE.

SOD is the best choice when you expect a job done correctly and timely! I have used SOD before for gut renovation projects and had really great experiences. This time I bought some new floor for about 850 sqft area from Home Depot thinking it will be a simple small job to install them so I didn't call SOD at first. However, after calling multiple contractors/handyman and scheduling appointments, one even started working on removing part of the old carpet, I kept getting excuses for delays and rescheduling. After more than a month of delay and frustration, it still seemed like there is no end to when the floor was going to be done, I finally had it and called Oren to ask for help and he sent 3 people in just 2 days after I called and finished everything in 3 days. The team came out and explain to me in detail what they planned to do, gave me ideas on how to finish the floor on some tricky parts in the kitchen and answered all my questions. They were pleasant, polite and professional. They kept the house clean after each day of work and touched up on all the paints that might have been scratched during the installation. The floor was done beautifully and I learn my lesson that I should have called Oren the first place - SOD provides the same high quality and professionalism no matter how small the project is. I will definitely keep going back to them for my future projects.

The work was done to perfection! Once the date was set for installment, the contractor, Larry, showed up when he said he would and finished when he said he would. Wow, what a novel concept!!! He was thoughtful in answering my questions and made great suggestions for how to lay out the flooring. The manager of the Dublin store was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions and writing up the order. I couldn't have been happier. with the whole job from start to finish.

The day that they were to install the rugs they removed our old rug which they later hauled away and they did a great job of laying the rug. The crew of 3 did excellent work. They were very professional, hard working, and did a superb job with the work. We were very happy from beginning to end. They stayed until every last detail we wanted was attended to. The only minor issue we had is that our driveway had a lot of small carpet tufts left on it. (The workers did the cutting on the driveway). Not a major issue, but I had to sweep it up. But given the superb work performed, we would use Floors on First again anytime.

I got multiple estimates, even though Mancini was a bit more expensive I chose them. The reason is my staircase is curved.

We shopped around 4-5 different places before settling on the carpet we liked. RJ at Budget Flooring gave us the best pricing for that carpet and included a great pad upgrade almost free. RJ was friendly, informative and answered a lot of our questions before we decided to go with Budget Flooring. We set up an installation date, but then had to reschedule it because of fumigation delays. RJ was able to accommodate our new schedule just fine. The evening before installation RJ called to confirm that we were still on, and that that the crew would arrive between 9-10am. On the installation date, the crew arrived on time at 9:30. They completed the installation within 1/2 as originally promised. The quality of the install job was top notch. We had just freshly painted the rooms and put in new baseboards. There were no scratches/marks on the walls/baseboards after the carpet installation. They cleaned up and vacuumed before leaving. Bugdet Flooring doesn't sub-contract the install jobs, they have their own crew. This was a big plus for us when making the decision because with subcontractors its a gamble and you never know what quality of labor you'll get. They also provide 90-day same as cash financing which was a great help.

It took them less then a week to do all of the carpeting within my home. I was not in any real hurry but I thought that was really fast and professional of them to schedule us in for the installation just a couple of weeks after we had purchased the carpets.
