First Lock & Security promptly dispatched an experienced, professional locksmith, who was able to re-key two 33-year-old locks, one of which wasn't working properly when he started. He got both locks working smoothly again, and made keys for both locks. Excellent service.

The locksmith came at 1:00 pm as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. I felt the person was very professional.

Daniel was prompt courteous and very up front regarding our lack of security our current exterior locks provided. He fixed the original problem without charge. Two days later he came back and replaced our five exterior locks with a much more secure locking mechanism. It seems the person who flipped our house prior to o ur ownership, installed the same locks on all interior and exertion doors. No but the best idea for security purposes. Daniel explained to us the benefits of the added security the new locks provided in an educational way. I got no sense he was using scare tactics to up sell us. We are very happy with our new locks and Daniel even gave us 5 extra keys.

Very well. The locksmith got to us on the same day, replaced the spring quickly, and checked the other door with a similar lock while he was here.

Dawn did not arrive on time, but called in advance to let us know she would be about 30 minutes late. No complaints on that front from me. She quickly rekeyed the four exterior doors. She was not able to repair the electronic gate lock in place, but took it back to the shop and returned about an hour later with it (completely fixed). She was very friendly and helpful in showing us how the electronic lock worked, telling us how to find the manufacturer's manual, letting us know about warranty dates, etc.

Every once in a while we have to call them back because something has to be redone and it works fine. They are professional and show up on time.

When I called to book an appointment, I was really disappointed to be told that they couldn't respond that day. In fact, they couldn't respond for three days. As I needed to have the lock repaired today, I asked if they could recommend another locksmith to help me out. The answer was an unequivocal no. Haven't they seen "Miracle on 34th Street"?

Frank did a great job! I have had other locksmiths do similar work for rental properties but A ACME is the best. Frank kept me informed re his ability to arrive at the scheduled time; he was neat, explained what he was doing and his charges were very fair. Highly recommend him.
