Dawn did not arrive on time, but called in advance to let us know she would be about 30 minutes late. No complaints on that front from me. She quickly rekeyed the four exterior doors. She was not able to repair the electronic gate lock in place, but took it back to the shop and returned about an hour later with it (completely fixed). She was very friendly and helpful in showing us how the electronic lock worked, telling us how to find the manufacturer's manual, letting us know about warranty dates, etc.
