Junior (the technician) was very knowledgeable and warned us that or living room carpet was in bad shape and would not clean up like new. He would have been happy to leave and not charge us anything. We decided to have him clean the carpet as best he could and we would replace it in a few months. The carpet looked much better than we had hoped it would look even after over a week. It certainly came out way better than Junior said it would. Bottom line this company is very good at cleaning carpet and also very honest. I will defiantly use them again in the future.
