I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. We will only be working with them going forward for all plumbing needs. So very knowledgeable and gracious. I would give them 20 stars not 5 and a big hug for being so wonderful to us!!

Jump sent out Rigel to install our water softener. He had to tie it into a whole house water filtration system that had not been properly installed. He fixed the problem and gave us the option to bypass the filtration system or use it along with the water softener. Rigel was patient, a meticulous craftsman and very informative as to what he was doing and how everything worked. He checked to make sure that his work did not impact our laundry drain on the opposite side of the wall. We have been through a few plumbers since we purchased our house and Jump 2 It is the first company we would use again. Price was fair and we have more work to be done!

Chris installed a garbage disposal for us. He is a very knowledgeable, professional and humorous guy. We had him come out again for a leak in our toilet. We are getting new floors installed, so he suggested we wait until that project is done then he would come out to make sure it was sealed properly instead of fixing it then having to come out and do it again. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. He, or the company will be our go to for any other issues which we hope wonâ t have.

Corky was original â detectiveâ to find outside leakâ under our pool deckâ ¦. Randall was magnificent in undertaking the repair! Lots of unanticipated twists, but he handled them with professionalism, grace and good humor (including concrete cutting which became necessary). Both of these gentlemen exude professionalism, good customer relations and terrific knowledge of their trade.

He was very knowledgeable & professional. He replaced all the canisters in my system as they hadn't been replaced in many years, he gave me some tips on helping my system run better, fixed a few problems with the tank & he also gave me a discount because I came to him through Home Advisor. I will continue to use him from now on to replace me filters every year. I appreciate all the great people Home Advisor sends my way.

We recently moved from California to Vegas and with our new home purchase, we found that a soft water system and reverse osmosis is more of a necessity than a luxury here. Big shoutout to Chris for being super knowledgeable on everything we did not know about the water here in Vegas. Also, a shoutout to Tammy for stopping by at our house to initially introduce us to H2O to Go. Chris stopped by after making an appointment with him to test all of our water (drinking, tap, hot/cold water) and it was surprising to see what kind of water we were using to shower and cook for the last few months since moving in. He also presented the different packages and options they had to offer. In no way shape or form, did we ever feel obligated or forced to purchase their systems. But from hearing only great things about H20 to Go (our real estate agent also personally recommended this company) and personally seeing the contaminated water we were using, we ended up choosing their systems over other companies. I was slightly concerned about installing a reverse osmosis since our kitchen island quartz countertop did not already have a hole to place the water spigot - they would need to drill one for us. The contractor that came by on the day of installation was great as well. He measured everything properly, asked us where we would like to place it, how far we would like to place it from the faucet and gave his own recommendation as to what he thinks looks best. There as a small leakage coming from the soft water system and he called his guys and they brought a replacement part within 30-45 mins and it was fixed same day, within the hour. Their service is definitely above and beyond. After a week of installation, Chris personally came back to retest our water and show us the difference the soft water system and reverse osmosis is doing. Like others have mentioned, they also have a lifetime warranty! H20 to Go (Chris) will definitely be the company/person I would recommend to my family or friends. Of course, they are the only company I've used so far, but there is no reason that tells me otherwise that they aren't the best in town. From being knowledge, personable, kind, and not forceful like other companies - H20 to Go will be my go-to moving forward!

I don't know what I would have done without them. Mike is my plumber. Totallt professional and knowledgeable. I did not know what a tankless water heater was!! Mike explained it and installed it. My adult son was totally impressed! Now my son wants to be a plumber!!
