"The WORK itself was good. The SCHEDULING was a mess. This was a multi-part project. The door removal went fine. The shower floor painting was scheduled and the date came and went (no-show). I couldn't get a hold of the scheduler for a few days and then find out that the person who was supposed to do the painting was no longer with them, and they "couldn't find anyone who knew how to do this work". It took another couple of weeks and then the painting was done using a subcontractor (at their expense). We THEN had problems with the shower door being incorrect (not their fault), but after waiting several days for the replacement door, it then took another 3 weeks to get the handyman back to finish the installation. I give them credit for making good on their estimate by using the subcon for the painting, but the whole thing just took way too long and we were without our shower for a month.
