    It's a matter of national security ma'am. It doesn't allow people to be impulsive, like throwing a ball of paper at someone you disagree with.

    Why is India not being given an update by the government on our CDS & allowing whisper and rumour mongering unabated? Whatever the update- good, bad, ugly.. Indians need to know.
