"Prompt and great work. I was looking for someone to do new weatherstripping on 2 doors and adjust so they close properly. Small job and no one really wants to take the time but maintenance 1 came over the same day and took his time and patience adjusting and fixing everything just right. "Kyle's team, Arturo and Alex, did a great job on my renovation projects. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Every afternoon they would clean up their work areas - they actually looked better than they did before they started. The timeline that Kyle provided when he did his bid was very accurate - about 5 working days. The only downside was trying to get work scheduled during a pandemic. I had delays getting my new vanity and sink delivered, and had to delay the start. Then, when I was ready, Kyle had other jobs scheduled, so we didn't get started for almost 2 months.

"Randall did an excellent job building our horizontal slat fence. The price of western red cedar had gone up a lot, so we couldn't afford the pre-finished stuff that we initially intended to purchase. Randall planed the rough boards so they looked much smoother. He also had to accommodate a grade change and tree branch growing onto our property. One snafu along the way: the distance between a couple of posts was off, but Randall corrected the problem with a smile. I highly recommend him!

"The team painted over a ceiling water stain, re-stained some exterior columns, and fixed a piece of the exterior molding that had fallen off. For the ceiling and the molding, extra attention was needed but the team took care of it once being notified, and at no extra cost. Everyone was also very friendly.

"First of all unlike the handful of services I tried to reach this was the ONLY one that immediately picked up my call, I was greeted by a knowledgeable representative by the name of Jack. He went over my list of issues and selected a technician by the name of Ed and scheduled me for a time. He was there at the agreed upon time as promised, we went over the issues and he was able to complete all of my projects ( no need to call 5 different companies ) significantly under his initial estimate. I've had a significant amount of experience with GC's and Handymen but have never received this level of service from a company. I'll definitely be using them again!

"It went extremely well. Felipe worked on this quickly with another skilled worker (another great, talented, and friendly person). I'm extremely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond. He's capable of doing everything, and doing it extremely well. I've known him for awhile, for a smaller job he did for my in the past. We live roughly in the same neighborhood. The project included some plumbing replacement, adding insulation, a small roofing project with associated roof penetrations, a brand new kitchen from some cabinets and kitchen hardware I picked out, flooring, floor leveling with concrete, miscellaneous electrical work and improvements to my existing routing (including adding some fixtures), coordination with his countertop subconsultant, plaster repair with drywall, and EXTREMELY good finish carpentry (I can't imagine anyone else who would take the time and effort to do what he did here) I hired him before, I'd hire him again if he'd be interested (it sounds like in a few months we'll have some more work lined up?), and I am recommending him to my other architect friends. He's basically helped me renovate a great majority of my house, and an addition I built myself.
