Really great service
Really great service
They come in fast, get the job done and take care of everything.
Brad and Zack are very honest and conscientious. They make sure you are happy with the job. Would highly recommend them and definitely hire them again. It's so nice to do business with an honest trustworthy company.
Project was completed to satisfaction
Ramiro was very professional. He kept me updated during the process. His crew did an excellent job.
It is my honor and pleasure to announce how much I appreciated the outstanding service Mr. Chris Vallarreal conducted assessing the mold urgency situation. He was immensely and knowledgeable and truly genuinely interested in assessing the mold rather than just being focus on collecting a paycheck. He also possesses a pleasant attitude and is a people's person. Mr. Villarreal performed a visual inspection and asked permission to cut small holes in other walls in question to determine the presence or absence of mole in my house. He exchanged and processed information in an efficient manner. His dedication, hard work and commitment to safety has added significantly value to the company. As a result, I am very pleased and satisfied in its totality with reaching out to HAVOC CONSULTING SERVICES.
Very professional and courteous. Work completed in a timely manner.. I will be using the company again for another project..
Jorge and his partner did a very good job. My complaint was with the sales rep who sold the job. There was a lack of consistency between what he recommended and what Jorge recommended. I spoke to the office manager concerning this issue. It would be nice if the employees were all on the same page. I would recommend the company based on the work completed by Jorge.
Lance was very informative, professional and quick in getting my test results. His price was reasonable and I would use his services again.
Bub was very helpful and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was needed and what was going to happen. He was prompt, he worked diligently to get things done, he was very friendly, and he answered all of our questions. He did an excellent job in a very timely way. It was a pleasure working with him. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Joe was incredible! You hope you never need a guy like him, but when you do, you want Joe. He was prompt, fair, incredibly professional, informative, and knowledgable. He goes out of his way to help you along the way to make sure the job is done correctly and steers you away from any potential pitfalls. I would have been lost in the process without him.
The whole process was quick and efficient. We called, the next day Joel came out to the apartment, and we got our results in the next day or two. Joel was professional and knowledgeable about our situation concerning the mold.
Michelle was very nice and honest. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear; she told me the truth. She took the time to explain the different types of mold and how it affects the body. I felt very comfortable with her coming into my house and inspecting it. I would definitely recommend this company wo everyone I know.
he knew what he was doing and did not try to charge a lot of extra unnecessary charges for work not needed. Good company
Great service, you're working with a family business and they will help you as such!
The work was performed professionally and accurately. He arrived on time and explained the work to be done. After completing the work, he explained what to expect and future maintenance to be performed.
They did a competent work, I have no complaints and I would use them again.
I'm so glad I contacted Lance at LoneStar Mold Testing. Like so many people, This was the first time I've had to look for and subsequently hire someone to test for mold. In the process of refinancing my house, the appraiser for the mortgage company thought that there might be mold in the walls. I tried explaining that what they were seeing was a discoloration where my wife had tried to remove old wallpaper as she had gouged the sheetrock that left a rough patch that DID look awful... but, "it wasn't mold," I explained. The mortgage company had already made up its "mind" and wanted a mold test done. I contacted 3 companies as is standard practice when looking for bids. Lance of LoneStar called me almost immediately after I'd posted a request for bids on HomeAdvisor. The other two waited until the next day to call or respond. Lance's message seemed sincere and that he'd answer any questions I might have. While the other two encouraged me to call them back for a bid, Lance's message was more reassuring. In the end, I chose LoneStar. Lance DID answer my questions. all of them. I had several and he patiently answered them. He told me exactly what he was going to do as required by standard practices and well as the law. (As he said, "It's nothing personal. It's because I have my license on the line.") We set up a time for the inspection. He was on time and professional - and friendly. I ushered him in and we engaged in a little small talk. I showed him the spot on the wall that drew the attention of the appraiser. He just shook his head and with a small smile of self-assurance said, "This'll only take a few minutes." Indeed it took only a few minutes to get his samples. The cost was reasonable and, like many self-employed pros, he preferred cash and gave me a small discount because he didn't have to pay the credit card fee. Our appointment was about noon so I presumed that I'd get the results in a day or two because it was already getting late in the day and he'd told me that he had another one or two appointments later in the day. I was happily surprised that I received the results by about 7 o'clock that evening! I was able to file the pdf report with the mortgage company that same day which allowed me to close a day earlier! If I need a mold inspector again, I'll call LoneStar Mold Testing with Lance. As he left my house he commented, "I hope I don't have to see you again . . . not because I don't like you or wouldn't want to come back over. I just hope you don't have a mold issue to deal with."
They did a great job and I definitely appreciate their work.
Very responsive. Contractor called right away after submitting on Home Advisor. Provided a quote on the phone, then visited the site the next day to confirm. Able to start within a week and finished very quickly. Kept me informed throughout the process and provided a report confirming that all asbestos was removed as promised. Great company to work with.

Asbestos is a mineral known for its flame-retardant and insulation abilities, and it’s found in some construction materials and systems. However, asbestos is very dangerous when inhaled over long periods, and is proven to cause significant health risks, including asbestosis, lung disease, and mesothelioma.
Asbestos was used in many homes built before the 1980s. People who live in older homes may risk asbestos exposure from flooring, pipes, ceiling tiles, and insulation. While asbestos is not fully banned in the United States, most newer homes were not made with asbestos-containing materials.
If you suspect that your home contains asbestos, hire a local asbestos abatement professional to test for the presence of asbestos. While DIY at-home asbestos test kits are available, it’s safer to hire a professional to minimize the risk of exposure to the potentially dangerous materials.
Most mold removal professionals charge about $10 to $25 per square foot. However, factors like the mold’s location, size, and type can impact the cost of removal services.
Some home insurance policies will cover mold remediation costs, but only under certain circumstances. For example, some insurance policies will only cover the cost of mold removal if it’s the result of a covered claim, such as a burst pipe. Check your home insurance policy to determine whether it covers this type of service.
