We are currently interested in hearing from graduates and entry-level Associate Consultants who are keen to be a part of the future of Pure's market-leading team. You'll have the opportunity to work with an established team of industry experts, servicing clients in financial services, professional services, commerce & industry across our specialist practice areas – Legal, Audit, Finance, Tax, Risk & Compliance

As an Associate Consultant, your role will involve supporting the team with existing clients, leveraging Pure’s reputation and improving your skills through our innovative Associate Academy. You’ll develop your own network and relationships and, over time, manage your own client base and become a truly trusted advisor and industry expert. You’ll also be involved in the production of market-specific whitepapers and hosting events, podcasts and breakfast forums with industry leaders in your market.

We find the next leaders for businesses across the globe and do this from our offices in London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and New York. Like the talent we place and the companies they join, we’re experts who are passionate about what we do. We've just moved into fantastic new offices right by the Barbican Centre (think pool table, bar and walking distance to incredible food markets), so now is an exciting time to join a thriving business.

What are we looking for?

• Graduated with a degree from a top university or can demonstrate excellence in another way
• Experience working in a sales-based environment such as fundraising, business development, telesales, retail etc. is helpful, but not essential
• Self-motivated and resilient personality
• Relationship builder with a confident, ‘can do’ attitude
• Demonstrated extracurricular activities and interests such as sports, music or entrepreneurial pursuits
• Available to start summer 2022
• Must have right to work in the UK (graduate VISA accepted)
