    Commuting to a training all week and could catch up on an extensive podcast queue. I found this one from *over two years ago* really fascinating to listen to today, particularly their COVID-19 views coming from a non-emergency management perspective.

    I feel like, if you care about learning, long tenures are highly underrated. In online discourse, a lot of people recommend job hopping frequently specifically to learn a lot and avoid stagnation, but I think that's generally the opposite of correct.

    Remote work is vital for diversity and inclusion. I am bipolar, have ADHD, and spent most of my career a single mother. I also come from poverty. Remote work is one of the only reasons I was able to get out of poverty and maintain stability. I applaud .
