To log in to your Vimeo account, you need to use the email address associated with your account and a password. If you're having trouble, read on to learn how to resolve your issue.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password or your password isn't being recognized, you'll need to reset it using the main email address on your account.
You can reset your password on our Forgotten Password page.
Enter the email address you used to sign up for Vimeo, and wait up to two minutes for the password reset email to be delivered. Clicking the link in that email will allow you to choose a new password on your account.
I'm not receiving the password reset email, or it's not working. What do I do?
If you're not seeing the password reset email after two minutes, be sure to check your spam folder.
Keep in mind, each time you request a password reset, we cancel all existing password reset links. Therefore, make sure you only click on the last email you receive.

I no longer have access to the email associated with my Vimeo account.
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to create the account, you'll need to fill out this form and contact us.
On the second page of the form, click the "Reset Password isn’t working" link in order to reach our contact form. Make sure you provide us with as much information as possible in order to prove that you are the true owner of the account.
I don't remember the email address used on my Vimeo account.

What information should I provide to help locate my account?
If you have a charge on your card, we can use the information from the charge to assist in locating the account. We’ll need the exact amount charged, the date, and the last four digits of the card in question. Never provide your full credit card number in an email!
You can send this to us through the Contact Form--select Billing and Membership from the drop-down menu and then “Unknown Charge/Account Lookup.”
For Google Play purchases: Go to https://payments.google.com and log in, and then go to the Activity page. The transaction ID should look like this: GPA.1234-5678-1234-56789.
If you have a link to a video that you’re sure is from your account, we can locate your account with this information as well.
Unfortunately, we are unable to locate a missing account for you by using a first/last name, a company name, or a domain from an email address without the exact user name (for example: @vimeo.com).
How do I find my Vimeo account's email address if I signed up via a third party?
If you created your Vimeo account using a third-party service like Google, Facebook, or Apple, fill out this form to reach out to our Support team, and provide the email address used to log into that third-party service.
If you used the Apple Sign-In feature “Hide my email”, be aware that we only have a randomized email address saved on our end. To find that randomized email address and manage other accounts created with Apple Sign-In, follow the instructions on Apple’s Support site here.
