Gary installed my new alarm monitoring system today and was very helpful of explaining the features of their new alarm system. I always trust Smith & Thompson for my alarm monitoring and didn’t switch to other competitors. I stopped my subscription for a couple of months due to my credit card issues. They also cool features now where you can enable and disable your alarm system by a click of your hand in your phone. Overall my experience is awesome and very satisfied of their services. I will definitely recommend them to anyone interested.

Very clean work done by technician Thomas Gonzalez. He knows what he is doing, and also listen to the customers suggestions as well.
Customer service is good by the company. However the price is bit high, and except to get charged for every little things.
