They arrived on time and went right to work after going over our contract. They covered all the hallways and path to the bathroom. They worked all day and got the job done to our satisfaction. Both guys were so pleasant and respectful. They went over all the details of using the shower, and the care of the shower. It was easy breeze on us and we are thrilled. The installers were Giovanni and Ryan. They are wonderful. Asset to your company.

We had West Shore Home replace our shower in the master bath. They did an outstanding job. Arrived on time. Finished in just over 8 hours. It looks great!!! The two men that did the tear out and install were Robert B. and Hervey. Very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Left nothing behind. We're very very happy with the results. We recommend to anyone looking to update their shower. Great job!!

I called in after seeing the commercial on tv, where a representative was scheduled just a few days out. Nicholas Webb was our design consultant, which was a very pleasant experience. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. He explained everything thoroughly, from the remodel to financing and more. The work crew was scheduled within a weeks time, due to a cancellation. Dustin, Zach and DP showed up the day of installation and got the job done! They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do a bath remodel!
