Kris has been hands down AMAZING and a LIFE SAVER. He is kind, patient, attentive and extremely responsive. I’m a first time WordPress user and had some last minute issues with website before taking it live and he has helped TREMENDOUSLY! Everyone has been so good to me at WP–very patient, considerate, attentive. Recently I had a personal crisis, and wanted to cancel the blog I'd purchased the domain/registered–and the guys were really nice about it. Then, almost immediately, I was ready to start over again–got a new blog, and wanted the domain name, etc. Rachel was the Star support person, after that–as I tried the Custom upgrade, and I'm too much of a dweeb to understand CSS. So I cancelled that and she asked if there was something she could do to help.
