"This was my first experience with Home Advisor, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I listed the job as ready to hire and Lawton was the first contractor to respond. We needed to have the wood on our back deck replaced. Before quoting me a price, he asked me to count the number of boards on the deck. Because of this, I felt comfortable he was using the info to give us an accurate price. He was also honest to tell us that some areas that first appeared as needing repair were actually solid and did not need to be fixed. He was very professional, wonderful to work with, his work is excellent and we have already made plans to have him come back to help with other projects. I highly recommend him for any of your contractor needs."
