Victor was helpful in starting up the garage door motor/controllers issue. Then sent David within 24 hours to check on the issue and replace the 45-year old garage door motor the next day. The package was fainancially satisfactory with a 3-year warranty.

The initial appointment and the installation were great. The owner (Jason) is horrible. The customer service is problematic due to their limited information. They rely heavily on the general manager and owner. I would not recommend it.

Please do not use this company. I called them because my garage doors needed to be replaced. They came to look at my doors and made sure that was all that needed to be replaced. I was told my motor was working fine. I got an estimate from them and received another estimate from another company. The other was a little less expensive however Affordable Doors told me that they price matched their competitors. They were able to beat the competitors price. Once I decided to use their services, I put 50% down and instantly received a receipt. Unfortunately it took almost a week to get an appointment. I had to call and text them multiple times to get a time and day for the installation. I thought that was bad business for the consumer to have to track a business down for an appointment after payment. So they finally came to install both my garage doors. At first glance everything seemed okay the day of the installation. The doors opened and closed however later in the week I noticed: 1. The left garage door was installed slightly crooked. They did come to check it out and they admitted it was crooked. But they explained that it was crooked because the cement was slightly crooked and they didnâ t want to expose a gap at the bottom. I agreed to their explanation. 2. Two days I noticed that my right garage door only closes when I hold the garage button down. It used to close with a tap of the button. This was working prior to the installation of my new door. I noticed that the sensor that surrounded the new door no longer had their sensor lights working. This was not the case prior to the installation. I called them about this and they told they are not responsible and that I would have to pay $79 service fee for them to take a look. I believe something happened during the installation for the sensor to stop working. I already paid them $2394 for the installation and now they wanted $79 for a service not even a week after the installation! 3. I still have not received a receipt for my full payment from their service. Itâ s going on 2 weeks now. I have called several times and texted to get my receipt for my records. They keep giving me the run around and I have never received the receipt. My recommendation is to not use this company. Their customer services is definitely lacking. Iâ ve had to chase them down multiple times for various things. I believe they use an answering service for their calls which explains why I never get real answers when I contact them. PLEASE AVOID!
