Write a ReviewFernando and his crew were excellent. They were on time and worked swiftly but carefully to complete the move. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to family and friends. The scheduling of the move was handled very professionally by Mark Clements, who was very patient with our uncertainty on dates. Communication by the employees involved far exceeded our expectations. Great Job is certainly the right name for this company.

For the money that was paid for this move, the quality of the service did not match. I had three movers. Two of the three were Spanish speaking and it was very difficult to work with them. Because of the language barrier, there were several mistakes made. This caused items not to arrive at my new home. On several occasions, I had to ask where certain things were or tell them not to move something. The quality of my items when they arrived at my new home was bad. I had damage and chips to my bedframe, antique cabinets, and a vase never arrived. When I inquired about the missing item, the company said they would look for it. As of today, I still do not have it and was told there was nothing that could be done. The loading dock door at my previous home was left open and unattended hours after the move had concluded. I discovered it when I returned to my former home. I reached out to the company to let them know that I had the equipment they had used to keep the door open. When I reached out to the company, they acted as if it was not a big deal. I could have been charged for this negligence. Their carelessness in making sure the property was secure could have cost me additionally. I felt like I had to keep going back to check and double-check the work they were doing and being paid for. I felt like it was not worth it. I am not happy with the service I received. I am not happy with the unprofessionalism I received from sales manager Dustin and the on-site manager Jason.

Our goal is to ensure that our customers have a smooth-sailing damage free move, however, sometimes damages occur. We always take care of all claims and are even willing to go the extra mile beyond our liability. As for your language barrier concern, thank you for bringing it to our attention! We will definitely take it into consideration and bring it up during our next employee meeting. Usually, the customer stays with the movers at all times so that at the end of the move we can inspect the residence and truck to ensure that nothing was left behind and all doors are closed. Customer service was great getting me priced and scheduled right away. Movers were nice, but they did some damage to furniture and walls. They had problems getting a couch out of the house and ate up at least 30 minutes doing so. Then they also had issues with the couch coming in and should have wrapped the edges because they scratched 2 doors (neighbors across the way and mine), the coffee table and couch started to unravel, and they scratched the high top table my mom JUST sanded, stained, and refinished along with ripping the apulstry on 2 chairs. I wish I could attach pictures of all of this. 5 hours to move into a 500 SQ FT 1 BR apartment from Manassas to Alexandria costing me $1,000. Not a big move but certainly overpriced and now damage in my brand new apartment building I will probably have to pay extra for. I won't hire them again.

Everything changed when we called Great Job. They were professional, fast, and everything was perfectly packed. Bravo Kamilla and her guys.Ã Â Thank you, Nate for the move in at the other end!Ã Â And shout out to Michael, who stayed late to book us at the last minute for the next day!We are moving again in 18 months, and who knows what after that.Ã Â We will use them again, and recommend you to everyone.

Excellent experience with the company. Had a complicated move from Virginia to Florida with storage of items. Everything reached Florida safely and on time. Very helpful and responsive crew got everything setup quickly in the new house.
