"My job included drywalling a very old garage with a lot of ancient wiring. Two people looked at it declined to bid. Pat came in and said it was a tough job but accepted it. He was consistently on time and let me know at the beginning and end of the day what was going to happen next. He brought in an electrician to bring the wiring up to date, and had an assistant on days that required a lot of work. He frequently made improvements on the projects and included them in the and did not increase his bid cover them. He cleaned up the jobsite beautifully at the end of each day.
