"I needed 70 feet of fencing and a new gate. Frank responded very quickly to my initial phone call and was punctual to evaluate the job and discuss options. We discussed different types and fence design. He listened to me about my questions and concerns and offered a solution not usually found in typical catalogs. We had to wait until a neighbor completed some adjacent construction before Frank could order the material which took several weeks. He kept me informed of where he was in the process at all times. When the weather became more conducive for pouring the concrete he and his crew came to put in the posts and returned another day to put up the fence. He cleaned up after himself each day. Frank was always professional, informative, kept me informed of his timetable, was punctual when he stated he would be on the property and was a true team player. "I contacted several asphalt paving companies, but Dun Rite responded quickly, while others did not return calls. We quickly scheduled a visit and determined the existing driveway was in bad shape with many cracks and thin spots. Replacing the driveway was the better option vs. any attempts to repair. It was also suggested we divert some runoff from the hill side of our property into a drain away from the driveway and into an existing french drain. This immediately corrected a bad standing water situation and will prevent water collecting under the driveway. Dun Rite was able to complete the work in about three days with a slight delay due to weather. This included paving the driveway and a parking pad, putting in a slight curb to channel storm water to a drain and not into flower beds, and the work to divert the natural springs. They also put fresh topsoil along the driveway and reseeded where needed. The driveway looks great and the improved drainage will be a big help as well. They were upfront in saying they were not the cheapest, but the quality of the work is excellent.

"Tuma did our initial landscaping 30 years ago and it had just aged out and had overgrown a bit. Randy did an extensive new plan in September 2020 to update the layout with more modern plant types. He was very thoughtful in his plan and seriously considered our desires and the unique features of our job. Removing the old plants and trees was a large job and was accomplished quickly and with a minimum of mess and disruption. The entire job was completed within 3 days. Randy visited daily and was very willing to make both minor and major alterations mid-job. He was very meticulous in the placement of the new plants. He was also good at instructing us on how to care for the new plants to assure their proper growth. He also gave a warranty on his plants, although I forget the exact term (1 year?). The price was about what we had guessed, although we were not well versed on landscaping costs. The redone plan makes our house look much newer and is very functional and designed to provide color throughout the season. Tuma did an excellent job 30 years ago, and an even better job this year. I would recommend them highly.
