Thankfully we have 2 systems, so we used the facilities in the back of the house. I called Sudden service on a Sunday. They returned my call quickly, Gave me a flat rate estimate of $350.00 and set up the service date. The technician was punctual, driving a clean and nicely kept up service tank truck. He was personable and informative, clean cut and wearing nice respectable work clothes. He performed the required pumping and inspected my septic system. I followed his recommendations and the kitchen and restroom drains work better than before. He looked over the estimate on his paperwork, since my tank was smaller than the standard tank they service he called in to the office and got a reduced rate on my service call! He cleaned up and left the area in great shape

The price seemed reasonable, but since we have never had our tank pumped before, we are not sure what price is customary for this service.

"I was told that should I need a new toilet, I could only purchase it from the Plumbing Co. at an inflated price even though I asked about getting A new toilet from Lowe's or Home Depot at a more reasonable price. Even the small gasket kit cost so much more than I expected. I almost Fainted when I heard the price of the gaskets. He did good work and was professional to work with. "I dealt with Natalie setting up the move. She was both professional and friendly. I told her my needs and she worked with me. My contact with her was always pleasant and she was helpful.
