Sourcer Development Program
Move Meta forward by creating equitable access to opportunities for careers in recruiting.

What is the Sourcer Development program?
Meta’s 12-month Sourcer Development training and development program trains individuals on the most effective sourcing techniques and strategies.
How it works
The 12-month developmental program provides participants skills in market-leading sourcing techniques and strategies to prepare them for careers in recruiting. Sourcers are eligible to join a wide variety of sourcing or recruiting teams within Meta. They have the opportunity to learn how to source candidates from business roles, technical, and even niche profiles.
Who should apply
The Sourcer Development program is for people who have experience in sales, customer support, communication, or related fields, and are interested in a career in recruiting.
How to apply
If your skill set matches what we’re currently looking for, you will complete a series of interviews to assess your current ability and potential for growth.

These positions open seasonally throughout the year, and are currently closed. Please check back in soon to apply for our next set of openings.

Employee pathway stories
="Woman with curly hair smiling"
The sourcer development program made my career transition seamless. Not only did it teach me the foundational knowledge of being a sourcer at Meta, but it also helped me identify the skills I picked up in all my previous career paths that I could capitalize on to be successful in this new space. SDP was the first place where I felt I could show up as my authentic self and be successful, no matter where I came from before.

I never thought I would be in recruiting nor have my first experience at a tech company. The SDP opportunity is a reflection of Meta investing on folks with cognitive diversity and backgrounds.
