"I reached out to Stay Dry Waterproofing for a quote on waterproofing my basement. They told me (as did other companies) that I needed to put a gutter system in my basement to alleviate pressure on the foundation and prevent future water damage. The sales team and inspector were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt when answering my requests. "Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. "We were so grateful that Teasdale Fenton was able to redirect a crew during the same day we called, to swing by and clean carpets in the living room and master bedroom that had been soiled by dogs. We called in the morning and they were able to stop by around noon. The two gentlemen that showed up were courteous, polite and professional. In addition to the cleaning, they also applied a pet treatment to disinfect the carpet - an option we gladly paid a little extra for. They did a great job, and were in and out within 20-30 minutes! We were so happy that they were able to squeeze us in on such short notice. We've used them before and will continue to use and refer them.

"They did their job and was pleased with their work. The price seemed a little expensive, but they definitely put a lot of work into the job. The only thing I am not pleased with is that I have a cat figurine in the den , and I found an ear chipped from it. I called monarch and talked to receptionist? , and she seemed very nice, when I explained that the figurine was not replaceable, as it looks like a cat we once had.
