They did a great job on installing the water softener and purification system. At the same time they were installing the system I also had an electrician working pn finding why one of my breakers kept tripping. The electrician spent 2 1/2 hours and couldnâ t fix the problem. The electrician wanted to charge me another $500 to find the problem. I said no. The problem was that the water softener was also connected to the same breaker. Once the electrician left the Orbit workers offered to look for the reason the breaker was tripping. The didnâ t want to leave with the softener not plugged. In and not working. The 2 Orbit employees cheerfully started looking for the GFI responsible for breaker that kept tripping. THEY found the problem in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. They fixed a problem in 10 minutes that a 41 year electrician couldnâ t fix . The water softener was turned on, my breaker wasnâ t tripping and I was super happy. Oh yeah, my water is soft and taste great. You canâ t make up stories like this. Super happy with Orbit. Highly recommend Orbit. They were on time and did everything they promised and more.

Excellent experience from start to finish.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff from the receptionist that scheduled our initial review and water test to the technician that installed our system. Water quality is outstanding, noticeably softer and better tasting than before installation. I highly recommend Kinetico for your water treatment needs.

Great product information and sales pitch by local Victory First manager Anthony and price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies that came. Also, upon calling Anthony that I decided to purchase their water softener/filter, they were promptly here the next day and installed. We had the pleasure of having Jose install the system exactly where we wanted. Great job!
The next phase is how well the system works. So far, so good.

PS Only thing I would suggest would be to consider giving military discount to Veterans.

Professional sales experience. I didn't feel pressured to buy the product or to agree to a deal I wasn't comfortable with. Installer was early and courteous. Cleaned up after himself as he worked. Jay did a very thorough job in replacing the filter cartridges, verifying the tank pressure and testing the system. He also checked and tested the water softener system. Jay was very helpful in answering all my questions, plus he pointed out several features that were not previously explained. I would appreciate having him come back next year.
