I was very pleased! I had several companies quote for this job in our single level, 2100 sq ft home. Curtis was the most thorough inspector and gave a full analysis of what needed to be done, illustrated with photographs. Another company 'inspected' just by looking from the access point and then giving a quote. Yet another company spent time under the house and presented a $13,000+ quote that included a concrete raft and a sump pump without repairing damaged insulation! Curtis gave a price that included closing possible entry points (he found several), trapping and removing the rodents, as sell as removing and replacing any damaged insulation from the ducting. If rodents return within a year, Curtis returns and deals with them, but so far (5 months) the house is rodent free. I recommend this team without hesitation.

Raj is my representative. Polite, efficient, trustworthy. Orkin has eliminated a recurring pest problem and, with an agreement for on-going treatment receive visits every other month. Raj always removes his shoes before coming into my home. Removes spider webs inside and out, inspects and treats all rooms and around perimeter of house and yard each time. Very pleased with the service and effectiveness of the treatments.

This company was too busy to come look at my project. But, they communicated with me promptly and even offered to try and fit me into their schedule, if I could not find someone else. I eventually did find someone, but the offer to still try and help was greatly appreciated. Then, when I told them I found someone, they sent me a list of reminders that would help if I needed pest control services in the future.

Since I live in an open space area with lots of wildlife, it is essential that I have an excellent rodent control program. Curtis is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough. He seals off any entry areas and traps and removes rodents. Each month he crawls through the darkest spaces under the house to ensure there are no new entry points. He addresses any that occur. He is the best rodent control person we have ever worked with. I will continue to use C & T Rodent Control Exclusion & Pest Control and absolutely recommend their service.

This company never responded to my request for a quote. Thus, I had to hire another company to perform the work.

This company is amazing they are prompt professional and make such an unpleasant necessity so much better. They really know what they are doing and took care of the problem right away.

My experience to them went very well because he completed it last Friday, it's a 5 or 6 weeks that he keeps coming back for. He closed up a lot holes that we had, he only found 1 small mouse about the fourth week or so but otherwise there was certainly plenty of evidence and nest, I was fortunate that I don't have it in the house anymore. He takes the camera around and he showed areas that were open and needed to be closed off, not only in the attic area but also underneath the house, he showed the easy entrance area of the pest to the house when the weather change and then they decided to be inside rather than outside. He reinforced entry point areas, he checked everything each week that he came out, he also clean out lots of debris. It's 625$ for coming back and doing the process and that's twice which is 1250$ for the 6 weeks service of coming back and also for the screens, caulking, traps, and things like that, 189$ for the introduction where he see what was there and it's up to me whether I'm gonna pursue it or not. I have heard different times scratching inside the walls, I wanted to make sure that those were completely closed off and in the past years I have smelled that something died in there, living with that it was pretty hard to take. All those passages are all closed up so they can't pass through it anymore, I already have the peace of mind. I did recommend them from the people across the street. Definitely, he is very informative, he will tell you everything that he was doing, he will tell you dates that he puts up there and he doesn't leave any poison around. He is very safety minded and prompt; He also provided all the materials needed and put some extra miles on his work.

I spent about $2,500 on the job. I thought it was not a good price for what they did; it seemed like it was just a few hours of work for the price I paid. All they did was spread some chemicals on the ground and remove some debris. I thought it was a lot of money for what they did. It wasn't a real pleasant personal interaction with them. There was fungus on the ground they removed and sprayed and they did that. They removed wood debris under the house. It is hard to know if it was effective, I could have scraped the mold off. I will not use them again.

Pestec was excellent. I called them up, they had a pest control technician out the next day and after 1-1/2 hours, there were no more yellow jackets in my backyard. Thankfully, no one got stung. Pestec did a great job!!

Carlos with Rapid Rodent Removal is one to work with if you have a rodent problem (he has over 250 Five Star reviews on Nextdoor, Yelp & Google). We had a dead rat under our house and it was stinking to high heaven & my wife was very stressed about it. We called a bunch of pest control 'services' and none of them would do dead rodent removal without signing up for an ongoing service agreement. We didn't like the feeling of being 'held hostage' by our smelly dead animal problem to agree to some long term service contract. Somehow, we were referred to Carlos. My wife called him in the AM and he was out the same day to solve the dead rat problem. We were so impressed by the quality of his rodent control service and his positive attitude that we got a quote to rat proof (rodent exclusion) the whole house. Carlos even made suggestions for how we could do it ourselves. We decide that we did not want a reoccurring rat infestation and hired him to seal the house against future rodent intrusions. It's a family owned business. I have known them for about 20 years. They are very nice. They came out when I called them. The removed the bees, but the bees came back and I called them up and they came back again and took care of it again. If you are a customer of theirs in the past, they will give you discount. The guy who came out for the service was very nice and pleasant. He talked about the company, talked about bees, talked about other insects and bedbug, and talked about his job.

We had a issue with insect bites in our bed room and first we called a bed bug company. They just did the spray without detecting the bed bug and charged us $1,500. Then, the situation didn't improve. We called a K-9 bed bug detection company and it turned out that we had no bed bugs. They suspect it might be some kind of mites. They recommended The Hitmen Termite & Pest Control and I gave it a shot. My technician, Vince came over and treated the bed room and set up some traps and rodent traps outside since our backyard is facing an open field.Also, we had a lot of spider webs and insects outside even though we had a bi-monthly pest control service from other company. So we switched to The Hitmen Termite & Pest Control for the bi-monthly pest control and Vince always spends good amount of time spraying eco friendly material thoroughly even arbors and fences, setting up rodent traps and removing all spider webs.We are very happy to have service from them and they really respect our unique family situation such as dogs and a baby.I highly recommend this business!!!

WE USE CLARK MONTHLY TO CONTROL BUGS AND PESTS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE AND ON TIME. EACH MONTH THEY CHECK IN TO SEE IF WE ARE HAVING ADDITIONAL TROUBLE OR A CHANGE IN OUR 'BUG' SITUATION AND ADAPT THEIR SERVICE ACCORDINGLY.

We first used Pacific Coast Termite two years ago for termite problems. This year was our warranty inspection. They did a thorough inspection and took some minor correction work. We then decided to do the rodent control and re-insulate our attic. This was a four-step process. First they removed all the old insulation. Then the rodent person came and sealed any possible points of entry and set traps. He came back a week later to check traps (empty!!), put new screens on two of the vents for our crawl space and set one more trap in the attic, where the most evidence of rodent droppings was found. On the final day the rodent person returned to remove the traps and make sure all was sealed up nice and tight. That same day the insulation guys came with the truck and proceeded to put in the new insulation. All the personnel were very professional and were great about cleaning up after themselves. They sent a person out to inspect the work after the old insulation was removed and he found a couple other termite spots that he took care of on the spot. Everyone was great about protecting floors and furnishings. We will continue to use their yearly termite warranty.

JK Control was used by the buyer of our home. They found dry rot/potential dry rot areas not noted by our termite/pest people whom we had already paid to remove all problems and pass inspection. Some of the problems they noted were not really serious findings in an 80+ year old dwelling but one or two were real and should have been taken care of by our man the first time through. Even though our man came back and cleared the areas under question we had to pay thousands of dollars to the buyers to take care of JK's more vague "potential problem" findings rather than delay the closing. This was annoying to us but I am sure a very satisfactory outcome for the new owners.

Time will tell if the termites return in less than 2 years. However, they were great, flexible when I had to reschedule the tenting time they accommodated my needs. The workers were professional and prompt when they forgot to take a lock off my basement, someone returned that day to remove the lock. They were there when they said and preformed their work well. Chad Weaver, the sales person was great and because of his inspection and evaluation, we went with Clark, over Terminix or Planet Orange.

The shelter in place has really put the focus on all of the projects at the house that need to taken care of. We kept hearing noises coming from the attic at night but wasn't sure what it was. The noises stopped and we figured that the problem went away only to realize that it had returned. Then we found rodent droppings under the sink which was totally gross, we realized that it was rats making their way into our kitchen. We knew then that we had to get rid of them and right away. We called a few pest control companies but they couldn't get someone out to remove the rats until later in the week. We decided to give Presto a try hoping they would be fast. I called them and they had someone come out to our home within an 1 hour. I didn't mind paying for the inpsection fee because it was deducted from the total cost of the serice. They pointed out all of the places around the house that the rats were able to access into the home. They provided me with a quote to repair them and begin to trap the rats in the attic. We didn't realize that the bird seed that we had in the backyard was a feeding source for the rats until it was pointed out to us. It was recommended that we also install bait around the house since we had a creek and open field next door. I was hesitant because I have little ones and animals not wanting them to be exposed to chemicals. They explained the rat poison they use is multifeeding which is less toxic and that everything was approved for use in California. I'm so glad we had chosen Presto because our rat problem is gone! We found one dead rat under a log in the backyard but it was explained there were more rats dead becuase all the bait was gone indicating there were a lot. We no longer hear any noises in the attic and we make sure that the bird feeder does not spill the seed onto the ground. They solved our problem so fast and explained everything that they would be doing ahead of time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their problem gone for good and fast. Amy

The service was spectacular. Very friendly and on time. Brian came in and figured out the problem, sealed everything and was on his way. All for a great price of $800. I would certainly use them again.

Well it was great to get rid of a very smelly problem. He also discovered most of the entry sites that would need to be fixed. He discovered I had a plumbing and A/C leak into the crawl space that I would not have known about. So I set up other companies to repair those items. I signed on with this company for every other month service for pest control at a cost of 90.00 per visit so they could control and monitor rat problem and deal with black widow spiders, ants and slugs. This ongoing service has been excellent. I had rodent exclusion for our entire house at a cost of 1442.00. They were professional and no more rat problem.
