"Joe and his employee said they would be out at 9AM and almost exactly at 9AM they were at my front door. I have a two story colonial with a two car garage and a large cedar deck in the back. Not only did they treat the entire perimeter of the house including the garage but they needed to remove some decking strips. Notwithstanding they still honored the discount coupon on Angie's list even though the deck required additional labor. They even sprayed into our crawl space. All work was completed on time and they provided a written warranty renewal for 20 years. I was very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend Hornet Pest Control if you need any termite treatment or pest control work.

Before we moved in we cleaned those spaces thoroughly and decided to have the house professionally treated for bugs. "It was excellent. We received an estimate two days after contacting E&amp;G and that number was right on target and a very good price. The two men who showed up to do the work were totally professional, polite and very helpful. "The company respond quickly to my Angie's list request for a quote. I did remind them of the 5% discount for Angie members. The amount quoted was then lowered. I really appreciated how the representative took time to check with his manager to ensure I was given the lower amount. I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected. This should me that the company will take steps to make sure their customers are treated with the most highly respect and professionalism. Orlando called before he came and was very pleasant and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hornets. He explained about the difference kinds and their behavior habits. Hopefully, the hornets will not come back and if they do I will not hesitate to hire Pointe Pest control again.
