    Glitches arose which Mad City was not responsible for. They were immediately responsive once those outside problems were resolved. In three and a half days they were able to demolish the tub, install the plumbing, surround, and fixtures, and install a ceiling piece (not on the contract) which they graciously supplied. I could not ask for a better vendor

    They were great!! The salesman was very nice and explained things very well, and thoroughly!! They removed our old tub and tile and installed a new shower surround. They reinsulated behind it and trimmed it out the window perfectly. Upon completion they cleaned up the area very well. We are very happy with them!! As any excellent professional, he was mindful of the surroundings, cleaned after himself, and made sure my hallway carpet did not get dirty from the construction work.     We were impressed with Plumbline from the start. Before bidding on the project, Roger brought in a plumber and an electrician to make sure that our plans for our 1921 house were possible and affordable. He and his team offered great advice as we worked out design and construction details. They respected our opinions and ideas, but weren't afraid to offer alternatives based on their deep knowledge and decades of experience. We did a complete remodel--down to the studs. Plumbline did the demo then put everything back together. Roger did an impressive job of managing the project, even as COVID-related supply-chain issues presented daily challenges. Plumbline changed the size of both windows, including adding a bay in one opening. They installed new doors and molding throughout. They coordinated installation of new cabinets, counters, floor, and appliances. They built two new closets. They rewired and installed new lighting. While they were at it, they also did a minor bathroom remodel, including installing new tile, sink, and other fixtures. They kept the dust and mess to a minimum, and made sure that the rest of our house remained livable. It truly felt like each and every member of the team was treating our home as they would their own. The best thing about Plumbline? Roger is an absolutely great guy. He responded to our many calls and texts quickly, he kept us updated on schedule changes and delays, and he was never, ever too busy to sit and review plans with us and answer our questions. He's smart, insightful, and a true professional. We plan to hire him for future projects, and we won't hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends

    We couldn't run the kitchen sink or do laundry without flooding the basement floor. Adam fixed the clog within 30 min. Been in my 1947 home for almost 12 years struggling with drain issues and tried to handle on our own. Every year renting a machine from home Depot, lugging it to the basement and just clearing a bit of the drain. Other issues using snakes and cutting into pipes. Made it work. We had a major issue 4 years ago and had to look for help. American Sewer was out the same day and took care of business on the main drain. When other companies would not, saying "The pipe collapsed And it's a $7k job". Adam had been out 2 other times. Kitchen sink. Bathtub drain no issues in 2 years! Today with floor drain. This Company is really worth it. Changed my life finding them. Thank you
