The service went fine. I thought they would do more for the $99.00 as they only did my front yard. They did do a good job with the work they did.

Chea initially put in some new plantings and landscaped my back and side yard; he now performs regular maintenance, keeping the lawn mowed, the bushes trimmed and the leaves cleaned up. His work is neat and professional.

During the initial visit, Chea took pretty copious notes of my instructions - remove that, leave that, prune that, etc. When I got back at the completion of the job, I discovered that he and his crew had carried out my wishes even better than I could have anticipated. And, Chea had some good ideas for remaking the yard and tending the existing plants. I'm very pleased.

Todd arrived promptly to perform the initial estimate and was extremely knowledgeable about various plants and trees in my yard, and provided advice and insight to landscaping options I hadn't thought of previously. Their estimates were lower what I had been quoted by another provider. On the day the work was performed, the job was completed efficiently and on time, and the gardeners checked with me to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. A few days later I received a follow-up from Colette to ensure I was pleased with the job, which I was. Altogether this company and the service they provided exceeded my expectations.

Andrew came to our home to give a quote for ongoing yard maintenance. He is quite knowledgeable of plants/trees, which was good to learn about a few of the items in our yard as we had only recently purchased the home. He is a friendly guy and we decided to give him a try since he also does landscape installation (and we have 10,000 sq ft that we will be overhauling in the next year). Our priorities were to remove the leaves from our roof (we have many big trees), trim many of the dead branches from shrubs, weed landscaping, and mow yard as needed. I had provided this list of priorities in my original email and stressed them again in person. Cleaning off the roof was a top priority as the house had been vacant for several months during the fall (so the roof was matted with leaves). We decided to have them come twice per month to do these activities and estimated about 2 hours per visit. On the first visit they blew leaves from the yard area, with most of it being blown into the back yard for use as mulch as we had discussed. Unfortunately, the roof wasn't cleaned, bushes weren't trimmed, and beds weren't weeded. Also, we had agreed to leave the leaves in the landscaped beds as mulch, but in one bed (and only one bed) every leaf was removed right down to the dirt. It looked odd to see one bed with just dirt and the other one just two feet away full of leafy mulch. I followed up with Andrew who explained that he didn't think the bushes should be trimmed until after last possible frost. He noted that there had been a miscommunication with his team about cleaning the roof and they would do it next time. On the second visit they blew leaves from the yard areas. Unfortunately, the roof wasn't cleaned again. And just days later when we had a big rain, the back-up of leaves on the roof pooled water around our skylight causing water to leak into our home. Bushes weren't trimmed (because there was still possibility of frost), but I was disappointed that no weeding was done. At minimum, I expected 2-foot tall privet tree seedlings scattered throughout our landscaping to be pulled. I should note that I contacted Andrew previously, I did praise the leaf blowing as it was good work. Shrub trimming aside, I just wished the other work that could be done, would have been done. After the 2nd visit and receiving our invoice, I contacted Andrew to cancel our services effective immediately. The invoice upset me a little bit since the line items for each visit included trimming/weeding for both visits, which I had made clear were not done. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for us, but I wish him well.

I've been using them for several years. He's reliable, conscientious, does good follow if the workers don't do what I want he'll come out and rectify it, he is able to do extra work, generally he'll do what he says he's going to do, his prices are reasonable, and he is just a hard working job.

I spoke to Ramon before Thanksgiving break. He came out the next day to give me an estimate. We scheduled an appointment for after Thanksgiving to do the work. Ramon and his worker did a fabulous job cleaning up our front and especially our backyard. The backyard really needed help. They removed several bushes and vines, cleaned up the leaves. They even removed the heavy A/C cover to get the leaves around the A/C. I would use Ramon again in a heartbeat!

JOSE SANCHEZ (OWNER)IS WONDERFUL! WE HAVE USED HIM FOR YEARS. NOT ONLY DOES HE DO THE NORMAL MAINTENANCE WORK FOR US, BUT HE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP US WITH WHATEVER WE NEED. WE HAVE A CIRCLE IN OUR FRONT YARD THAT SEASONALLY NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY AND PICKS OUT OUR FLOWERS FOR US AND PLANTS THEM AT OUR REQUEST. WE ALSO HIRED HIM TO DO MAINTENANCE AT OUR APARTMENT COMPLEX. HE WILL COME OUT WHENEVER YOU NEED HIM AS HE TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE IS IRREPLACABLE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

I got the impression when I talked to Stephanie that I was going to get alot more work done than I did. I had mainly wanted the plants to be trimmed back, but they were mostly untouched. They did take down a small skinny tree that we no longer wanted and cleaned up some leaf litter in the backyard.

I can't say enough good things about this company. After initial contact, Eddie came out and walked the entire property with me and gave his opinion and identified problem areas. I had been without a weekly service for over a month and the landscaping was in really bad shape. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge, ideas and proposal and hired him on the spot. He provided a written service contract that showed the scope of service, stayed in touch via telephone and did exactly as he had stated verbally. They have been coming weekly now for three months and I am continually impressed. My front and back yard look the best they have in years with no new plant material being installed. Years of neglected maintenance was immediately completed and has been maintained to a professional standard since. The yard crew is friendly, professional and very thorough. I would recommend Eddie's all day long.

We needed lawn service clean up in our backyard/patio area. It was for a one time only service. I called for an estimate the day before and a friendly female voice set up a time for Luis to come out. It so happened that he was available the next day. Luis arrived about 15 min later than the appt was made but it was no big deal to me since I was off all day. He looked at the work to be done : minor rose bush pruning, weed extraction, weed spraying, and light tree trimming. He first quoted $175 and I have to admit I was really shocked at that rate. I had spoken to a few other services prior and they quoted $90-$120. I told Luis this and he said that he could work with $100. Once we mutually agreed on pricing, he and his 3 man crew got started. They did a decent job. Took about 30 minutes.

Jose has been taking care of our lawn and garden for several years now. I've never had any problems with him. He is always responsive and usually pretty flexible. There are a few things we had to "correct" over the years, but he and his crew are very professional and I've seldom had to give the same critique twice. All and all, I trust Jose and his team in my backyard. That's a pretty high complement if you knew me :)

Jeff did such a good job the first time he worked in my yard, I hired him on an ongoing basis. He has come twice a month for the past few months now. My front and back yard always look great. Jeff is friendly, easygoing, and easy to communicate with—and he does a thorough job.

I'd lived in the house for a year and I'd neglected most of the landscaping. Leroy came by and did a great job on the entire yard, removing most all of the trimmings and leaves (his truck was full, but I was able to get rid of the rest in the green yard waste container). He was very helpful in identifying the shrubs and trees I had not been able to. He suggested some very useful maintenance items and trimmed stuff up so it'd grow properly in the future. They both worked very hard for the entire project and I thought they did a great job.

GOOD GENTLEMAN TO WORK WITH. HE HAS SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HIM MOST WHO DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, BUT HE COMES BY FREQUENTLY TO CHECK WITH YOU THAT EVERYTHING IS BEING DONE AS YOU WANT IT. ALWAYS PROMPT.

MARTIN AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME AND FRIENDLY. THEY LET US KNOW WHEN THEY GOT THERE AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY LEFT NO MESS BEHIND. THE YARD LOOKED GREAT WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
