Cincinnati Deck Power Washing

We were contacted within a day from purchasing the service. The estimate was done within a few days and deck power washing and sealing done within a few days from then. Very smooth and courteous.

Excellent job cleaning deck, replacing warped board, and staining the railing, posts and steps. Deck looks great.

Started with Angie's List deal, deck size larger than deal included, contractor willing to work with me to get service rendered.

I spent a lot of time researching Pressure Washing providers. I finally settled on Spivey's Premier Painting LLC based on their ECO friendly certification and the fact that no customer for Power Washing services rated them below an A. I contacted Spiveys Premier Painting for an estimate, received what I considered a fair price and contracted with them for Power washing the house siding and painting my garage door and trim. I received an estimated time for the service to be performed and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by Mr Spivey earlier than the original estimate . Mr Spivey and his assistant arrived as scheduled and completed the power washing portion of the task before lunch as predicted, then painted the garage door and trim in the afternoon. I am very pleased with the results of both the power washing and painting. While they were finishing up I asked for some estimates for future painting projects and have already contracted with Mr Spivey for some of that work to be done. I would highly recommend Spivey's Premier Painting LLC, their prices are fair and the work product is excellent. I will be using Mr Spivey for all of my Painting and Power washing needs in the future.

Miller's Power Wash was a great company to work with and did an excellent job. I will contact them again for any future needs. Highly recommend them for any pressure washing needs.

Very punctual. Had an exterior pressure wash for a 2-story brick/aluminim siding home, 2500 sq ft. Job completed ahead of schedule. Alex was friendly and professional. All plants were covered during the work. The house looks great!

GREAT JOB WORK-WISE. COMMUNICATION COULD BE IMPROVED. COMPANY NEVER COMMUNICATED W/ ME ABOUT WHAT COLOR DECK STAIN I WANTED AND PUT ONE ON THAT THEY CHOSE, DESPITE MY LEAVING A PHONE MESSAGE FOR THEM TO CALL ME PRIOR TO DOING THIS. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK UNTIL AFTER WE CALLED AND COMPLAINED.

Power washing crew prepared the deck surface several days ahead of the sealing crew, deck surface was prepared by reseting nails, clean application of sealant in color of choice without splashing on house siding, deck looks new!

Scheduling was good, we set the date and they arrived on time. They came out to do the pressure washing and came out the following day to do the sealing. They were very efficient in their work.

Our deck and carport were in sad shape, so we contacted Adam. He came to our house and gave us a detailed estimate of what we needed.and within a few days scheduled the work. His workers were punctual and professional. Our deck is surrounded by some very large bushes (due to some unfortunate planting decisions on my part), so there were some obstacles that I'm sure made the job more difficult. In addition, the paint on our carport ceiling was flaking off, so it required a lot of tedious prep work before it could be painted. Adam's workers did a great job. We couldn't be happier with their work, and highly recommend them.
