Recent Review: I saw the ad on Angie's List and contacted the provider. Marc came over that evening to give me an estimate. I wanted to see how the what the total cost would be and what the coupon would provide. We agreed on a price. I purchased the coupon. Marc is very professional, personable and trustworthy. If there was down time due to rain, Marc called. The job was completed - and it looks great.

Recent Review: I've used Andre on few project in my house. Andre, Gil and their workers are very good at what they do, professionals all the way. We can't enough recommend these guys. Bottom line: AR is reliable, responsible and timely, had done projects always completed efficiently (top notch). If i need work done, no matter how big or small the project, i have confidence in refined construction. That piece of mind is priceless. Thanks a lot AR

Recent Review: NMTI did a fantastic job replacing the water damaged fascia, shingles, clapboard, drywall and ceiling of my mudroom. This was the second time I used the company and again they did an awesome job. They responded promptly and did good quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely call them for future home repair needs.

Recent Review: It was a small job, but they fit me in quickly. They stayed true to their estimate, even though they did a couple extra minor things for me. I say minor, but keeping out water in a few different places is not minor even if the fix is. They were extremely easy to deal with, friendly, did the work, and were reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.

Recent Review: Outstanding responsiveness, work, professionalism, everything - I am very grateful! I called Willard on a Friday, and 1. A very helpful and straightforward person picked up the phone immediately; 2. A gentleman came the next work day to examine the job; 3. Willard emailed me a detailed and comprehensive quote the next day; 4. Willard ordered parts immediately upon receipt of contract and deposit; and 5. Willard returned in one week and did all the work in one day, so neatly and so cleanly the only change I noticed on coming home was that suddenly I had new skylights and repaired roof and siding. The windows and roofing stood up under a downpour without a drop getting through, and I now have amazing solar-powered motorized skylights. Every time I contacted Willard the phone was answered right away, and every time Willard came exactly when scheduled. The contract manager was kind enough to go through the entire job details with me and also to give advice on another structural problem with the house. This after I already had been left hanging by one "top-rated" company and ignored by a second. I am very thankful, and I certainly hope to use Willard for any and all construction needs!

Recent Review: B&B competitively bid the job with other contractors to win the contract. I, the owner, am an architect. My scrutiny over all aspects of the project, down to the smallest detail, were very extreme. We went slightly over budget, due to structural issues with the roof and some old insect damage to other areas of the framing. B&B worked with us to fairly add cost to cover any extras on the job. Overall, the final product, our home, is absolutely wonderful. Walking through each room, the details I designed are quite clearly visible and beautifully executed. My job as an architect is to see any problems in the construction. I am happy to say, that when I walk through my home, there is almost no issue to point out. That is an extremely difficult outcome to get. B&B’s stated goal was to make sure all work was well done and exactly what we wanted. The owner’s exact words were that he wanted us to be happy in our home. During construction the skill of the site foreman was quite evident. He built the majority of our home and we quickly became confident in the quality of his work. His demeanor throughout the project was professional and accommodating of our involvement on site. B&B’s owner said he always makes sure the home owners are involved throughout the process to ensure their needs are met. As the homeowner you should be involved. We worked directly with each of the trades as well to make sure everything was done per our drawings and direction. Locating each light fixture and switch were done together. If a switch was installed out of place they made sure to correct it. Sometimes a switch needed to be located differently because of stud placement. This was not always communicated well to us, but when discussed, if we desired an alternate location from their suggestion, we were always accommodated. Anything out of place to the design was always adjusted to our direction. The tile work is very well done. The installer was very particular and has great skill. He worked very hard to make the floors flat and level in all areas. We have ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile done for floors and walls. They all came out beautiful. The amount of tile work was initially not fully understood, so it did take more time than anticipated. However the quality of the work is top notch, and worth the minor delay. The finishing of the walls (plaster and paint) and woodwork came out excellent. After each inspection of the work, if we found anything we were not completely satisfied with; the crew would come back and correct it to our satisfaction. We have several custom designed and built pieces of casework. This includes living room built-ins on both sides of the fireplace with lighting, mudroom bench, and bedroom window seat-bench. Again, the end result is our beautiful home.

Recent Review: After a night of 50 mph winds, I awoke to find that pieces of aluminum siding had detached from the house and were flapping in the wind. I was afraid it would rip off and hurt someone. Another concern was the damage that was occurring to the house from being unprotected. I called Tom Curran Companies, who I had used before, to see if they could help. Dave arrived within an hour. He was cheerful, friendly, and entirely competent. He fixed the siding and tidied up a few quick additional things. All in all, it was a great experience and I'm grateful for Tom Curran Companies for being so responsive and competent.

Recent Review: Simon provided a estimate that seemed very reasonable. He showed up to start the work when promised and I observed him working diligently many times over 3 days. Twice he consulted with me to discuss additional work where his planned work revealed additional work necessary. In each case, being satisfied that he was working efficiently, I gave my permission to expand the scope to include more work than the estimate. Simon promptly sent an invoice by email that I thought was fair for the amount of time he was onsite.

Recent Review: It went well and was fairly quick! The roof looks great and they fixed up some unexpected rotting with the siding since the dogs destroyed it and the rain guard stopped working due to being installed incorrectly by the guys my mom hired previously. I would recommend them to all, thank you folks!

Recent Review: First was the roof. Ted was more that competitive with his estimate. His work was impecable. I'm someone who is very detail orientated and was very impressed when I arrived home form work on both days his people were at my house and they were walking my entire yard with magnets making sure there were no nails or any other debris in my yard. His work was impeccable. Ted takes the time to do things other roofers do not. 6 feet of ice shield insted of just 3 feet other roofers said they woul do. Drip edge everywhere it was needed. Repair wood where needed. The front door. Ted walked us through the process of picking a quility door, ordered the door when the door came in he scheduled an install date and his people were there first thing and ready to work. Just as the roof the work done was outstanding. Siding I can't say enough about the siding job Ted did on my house. For starters he had the materials delivered the day before he started, they did not spend any more time in my yard than they needed. The workmanship is indescrible. I have owned a house with vinal siding, and the workmanship that Ted provided me was unbelieveable. Again I can not stress enough the attention to detail. The siding it's self is dead straight, the way the trim was wrapped and the time it took to make sure it was perfect. Again it's the little details that make it with me. Ted even took the time to speak with my wife about the shutters we have on our house and made sure he himself delevered them, he placed them in my garage and followed up with a phone call to let me know they were there. All in all I would highly recomend Ted Evangelous for any work you need done. His work ethic and professionlisum is beyound reproach.
