"Outstanding work. Several of our fascia corners and vertical trim boards had rotted. P.G.G. cut out the corners and "toed-in" replacements. I bought the paint, they applied it and the joints are seamless. Replaced gutters without issue. Also replaced shutters on the front of the house but only after doing a test drill to verify they could install them properly into the brick mortar. Paul (owner and crew chief) was diligent. "Wonderful! The work was completed in June of 2021. John Oros came for the initial appraisal. We ended up paying a little less than $11,000 for the job. I cannot say enough good things about John and Berg. Above all he was completely honest and forthright. He actually talked us out of replacing some of our other windows saying that it was a waste of money and that the problem was not the windows, but was actually due to issues in the attic. He could have easily said that these windows needed to be replaced and we would have believed him. I really appreciate his honesty. In terms of the work itself, Berg did a wonderful job. The seams were all perfectly caulked. The windows and door were perfectly aligned, and the casing of the garage door frames was perfect. I would have no hesitation in reaching out to John and Berg for any other home repair/improvement needs. Just a great job overall.

"Barry was wonderful to work with. He was on time for our appointment and explained the process clearly. We picked out our door and a few weeks later the installers came with the products. Everything was exactly as we picked. The installers were professional and curteous. They worked quickly, cleaned up after the work was complete. Even our dog liked having them here. We even had a touch of rotten underlayment that they were happy to fix for us. We would definitely use Thermalcraft again.

"Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. Excel made my wife happy, which made me happy later on that night & that night our patio doors were changed to the ones she wanted!!! Thanks Excel!!
