"We are never home when they spray. &nbsp;They come during the correct time span to prevent the larvae from devastating the maple tree, fruit tree and roses. &nbsp;We have had minimal damage (impossible to get every one of the larvae) since we hired them. &nbsp; <br /> They send a reminder to us in December or early January yearly, and offer a 10% discount if we pay in advance. &nbsp;They leave a note for us after the spraying. &nbsp;Very professional and reasonable. <br /> We asked them to come back and look at our Magnolia Tree and prune some branches, especially those that were near our house. &nbsp;We left a message on the phone and got a quick email the next day from an assistant. We made an appointment for someone to come out and then give us an estimate. He came within a few days and advised us that the tree was in irreversible decline. He explained why in complete detail and recommended that we replace it with one of several trees which would thrive. His company does not plant new trees, but we have hired them to remove the tree and grind a stump in the next few weeks. <br />

"Superb. I hired McKinney 5 years ago and was so pleased then that I hired them again. The cost was $940 for the removal of the 3 trees. It took only 50 minutes from arrival in driveway to their bucket truck and chipper driving away. All 3 trees were chipped, I chose not to request firewood to be set aside. And, by the way, the 30 and 40 foot trees were removed from between two detached garages. This is a professional crew.

"Shaun gave us an estimate to remove 3 maples, a black cherry tree and grind one stump in our backyard. One of the trees was close to a smaller maple, which we wanted to keep and there was no damage to it after the tree removal. Shaun set up the crane on the street in front of our house. Eric and Dave drove up with the chipper equipment. Shaun and Eric worked on the tree cutting and lifted the trees right over our house, letting them down in a side street. Dave fed the large tree chunks right into the chipper. The whole operation was done in about 2 hours. They cleaned up perfectly and you could hardly tell they were here except for some sawdust. Less than 2 weeks later a truck pulled up with two guys who proceeded to grind the one stump. They also did a wonderful job. Everyone did a great job and we were very satisfied. We will hire McDonough again if we need more trees removed. We will also recommend them to all our neighbors.
