Recent Review: I very much appreciate this company, they were very pleasant to work with. We have 10, 2 story townhomes in which all the window’s screens had not been replaced for 31 years. They showed up on time to give a quote for the initial estimate and they answered all of questions and more. I was impressed that each worker was required to go to a 2-week class/session to learn about window screens. I also liked that they all come out to do work in uniforms. Very professional. They were able to educate me on the purpose of using a fiberglass screen and what benefits it would be for us. Also, if some of the frames were unusable, they replaced them and were very cost effective. I was very pleased over all.

Recent Review: I just had a really great experience working with TME! Tony was very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a very reasonable bid and sent a team of painters that really did a fantastic job. I added on to the job when I asked to have the brick fireplace, that goes all the way up to the 20 foot ceiling, painted white. They took it in stride and even though the high ceiling made it impossible to spray, they primed and painted it all by hand! All the details in the paint job, which included a closet, four doors, all the ceilings and all the baseboards, were painted cleanly and perfectly. My living room walls had been a burnt orange and the new color is a light beige, so up to three coats were necessary and I was not charged extra. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and will definitely call them again!

Recent Review: The first appointment for Sunset to look at the problem and give an estimate was missed (they called an hour later and explained that one of thier people had a 'personal emergency' and asked if the appointment could be moved to the next day. That was fine. The owner, Juan, came out and gave an estimate of $250 to remove the door (having to remove the fixed glass panel first), replace the metal bearings and wheels, add a screen slider to the existing frame and weatherseal the fixed portion of the unit which leaked air around the edges. An appointment to do the work was scheduled for one week later. Caesar showed up on the scheduled day (though a half hour late) with an assistant. They worked for about an hour attempting to get the fixed portion of the glass door disattached and removed. They succeeded but it wasn't easy. Caesar said that the problem was that the header beam had sagged over the thirty years enough to warp the frame and put pressures on the components. After conferring with Juan they said that they could fix the issue by cutting the heights of the window frames slightly and manually adjusting some elements. The cost would be 50% more than the original estimate (so $375) plus tax. I agreed. It took several hours of work but they succeeded in all that was promised. They felt the new rollers woud be good for another twenty years (about how long the old ones had lasted) and the sagging seen was typical but usually did not continue after this long. The added screen door was carefully fit to the frame and works well. They cleaned the glass and fixed/adjusted the sliding glass door lock that I had previously installed. Overall, despite the punctuality issues, I was very satisfied with the work done.

He did a sliding screen door at a property for my Manager at Berkshire & Hathaway and absolutely 💯 did one helluva ANNmazing job!!! He replaced the rollers and rescreened it, and it looks brand new!!! Always on time, if not early!!! 👏👍 Can't go wrong here folks!!! Price was ANNomenal too!!!

Recent Review: Great. Craig came out 8/23/17, measured screen doors space. Decided it required a new. slightly lower upper track and cutting down the 2 doors a little to insure a tight fit. Measured 2 window screens as well. Gave an estimate of expected charges. Returned the following Tuesday right on schedule and completed the whole job. The sliding screen doors now are working perfectly, better then they ever have, and the 2 window screens fit perfectly.

Recent Review: Tony came out a week ago to look at the problems we were having with the French type sliding screen doors at the back of our house. The 2 sliding screens meet in the center but were continually coming off track and at least two of the wheels were damaged and others improperly located. As well, the locking mechanism was installed upside down. The single sliding screen door of our small guest house in the back of our yard simply needed the screen replaced. Tony showed up for the evaluation appointment on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no charge for that visit. Today he made the repairs, again arriving on time and quickly completed the jobs. We also asked him to look at another window that was missing a screen. Due to problems operating that window he recommend against bothering to have a screen made for it unless we felt it was absolutely necessary, which would require repairing the closing mechanism. I would strongly recommend Palisades Screen and Glass. Their repairman, Tony, showed up both times on time, was professional, very competent and fair dealing. t

Recent Review: It went great. Guy came out to assess needs and measure. Workman returned after about a week to install custom screens- all appointments were based on my availability. After about a week living with my new screens, I decided that I didn't like the way the sun filtering screens interfered with the view. So I called them back. They came back quickly to replace them with ordinary screens at a reduced price.

Recent Review: I can't recommend this company higher. We had some work done on the house recently and the last thing on my list was to have the windows cleaned. It makes a huge difference! The two technicians who came (Mark and Joey) did an excellent job and having crystal clear views out of my windows is fantastic! They were personable, friendly and efficient. Mark obviously has a huge amount of experience and was very courteous and straightforward. They arrived on time and spent 6 or 7 hours meticulously cleaning about 50 windows, the surrounds and fixing my screen door. The actual cost was very close to the estimated cost that was given to me on the phone - I added in the garage door windows at the last minute and I am so glad I did! Fantastic job all around.

Steve Miller arrived promptly in the mobile screen shop, examined the screen to make sure that the frame wasn't damaged, measured the screen, told me exactly how much it would cost, and was able to match the screen color and texture to the original. It took only a few minutes for him to make and install the new screen.

Recent Review: Despite a mishap on communications on the first try (my cell phone problem) all of the services provided were on time, within estimate and done in a professional manner.
