Recent Review: Working with CSC was wonderful from the start. Richard (one of the partners) was extremely professional and very sensitive to our needs. Andrew our assigned designer, did a great job of helping to complete our vision for our property and was a pleasure to work with. Bob was the onsite foreman, and he did an excellent job of making sure all the details were paid attention to, and of managing his crews. The crew themselves, were all terrific, polite and professional workers. Except for specialities (concrete/painting) it was the same crew of guys every day. We could not have been happier with the end result, and any issues/changes that occurred post project have been remedied. Once you are a customer of theirs, you feel "taken care of." And not just during the project itself. Overall, CSC is extremely customer focused and will deliver extremely high quality work. Their prices tend toward the high end of the spectrum, but as always in this business - you get what you pay for. If we need additional work in the future, we will surely contact them.

They did everything on time. The workers were delightful, professional, friendly w/o being abnoxious, kept her informed, answered questions as to what they were doing. He gave us great recommendations on camera placement for our Ring system, and even taught our whole family how to use the Ring app. His work inside our house installing much needed recessed lights was beautiful, clean and well thought out. He is very easy to work with and knows what he is doing. He also installed new outdoor lights that look amazing! He’s now our go-to electrician.

Recent Review: Wes is the owner of the company and is hands-on at every juncture. He and his crew were professional and responsive. His initial bid was about 20% more than comparable, but we elected to go with his company as we were interested in a high-quality build. I must say - I believe we got more than what we paid for. The finished product is amazing. The quality of Wes' work is unmatched. He makes sure that everything is done right - down to all the structural and grading details that may not be evident from the surface. It took three months for him to start our job, but he was up front and honest about this when he gave us the bid. He states that he only takes one job on at a time and I can confirm that this is the case as his crew was at our house almost every day. I say almost every day since our job had a number of delays by the heavy rains this winter. Our yard used to mini-flood with each heavy rain making it difficult to do any construction in when wet. The drainage now is amazing with no more lakes in our yard after the rain. He worked with us on all the details of the design including grass and plant selection, stone selection (pavers, stone for the side of the island, and granite for the top of the island), and light selection. The building inspector commented on how well the gas lines, water pipes, drainage, and electrical were done. We have a new house and the project construction superintendent came over to see what we were doing and commented "wow, this guy does things the right way". There were several curveballs that popped up throughout the job that Wes dealt with very professionally. There were delays due to rain as mentioned, but also due to the granite fabricator making an error and the granite had to be completely re-cut and re-done (no additional cost to us of course) and the built-in BBQ had to then be tweaked to fit the re-cut granite. Wes was sure to fix everything and his words were always "I want you to be completely happy with everything". I certainly am. I will be using his company again in the future for sure as we also have a side yard to do later this year. I am not sure to convey how impressed I am with the quality of work and professionalism that Wes and his company deliver. Don't dismiss the higher price of his bid. You get what you pay for. I have neighbors that used cut-rate contractors and they have had major headaches and are not happy with their experiences. I am happy to tell Wes that I am completely happy with my experience.

Recent Review: Ron Riazi and his crew came to my house initially to give me a written estimate of all the following services ( electrical, home automation and wiring). Moreover, Ron answered all my questions and concerns regarding the job. Ron scheduled the work around a time that was very convenient for my family and I. The first thing that Ron and his crew did was finish all the prewiring for the job. The power needed to be shut down so Ron scheduled the work at a reasonable time for my family and I. Furthermore, Ron and his crew finished all the work in a timely and accurate manner. I was extremely satisfied with all the work ( electrical, home automation and wiring that Ron and his crew did for me. Ron made a few followup visits just to make sure everything was working well and to answer any of my questions.

Recent Review: New, updated all-metal landscape lights, including pathway and uplights, were installed with a new transformer and system light timer. They made sure that the wiring was installed 12-18" underground so that they were safely hidden from my gardeners. Barba Landscaping arrived on schedule and efficiently removed the old light system and installed the new one, all within 4 hours. They also did an excellent job of clean-up before leaving.
