I cannot thank the team at Bionic Emergency Services enough. We had a leak in the bathroom on the second floor. The water did not run to the middle of the room but rather straight to the wall. I do not know how long the leak was there before I heard the dripping inside the wall from the ground floor bathroom below. Even then I could not see a problem because of the where the leak was. Once I got down on the floor, I could feel that the sheet rock was wet and the baseboard was swollen.
I told my wife that I was going to have to tear in to the walls upstairs and downstairs. Being the smart lady she is, she encouraged me to call Bionic Emergency Services. They had a technician to our house within an hour. The technician had very hi-tech equipment that could measure the moisture content of the sheet rock and the space between the walls. Without even having to break in to the sheet rock, Bionic was able to set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. It took about three days to get completely dry. The technician came out every day and did moisture analysis.
The baseboards that had gotten wet and swollen had to be replaced. Repair costs were minimal compared to what it could have cost had I started just ripping walls out.
Bionic's technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and very meticulous about their work. They left my home cleaner than they found it. They were honest about the work that was required. The price for the work they did was well below what I was expecting. I honestly cannot say anything but positive about the whole experience.
God forbid we ever have a major water damage or high water flooding event, but if I do, you can bet I will never call anyone except Bionic Emergency Services.

Jason came out and inspected the problem with water collecting in laundry room and determined is was not what I suspected but an entirely different issue. He had to remove a portion of the wall behind washer and dryer to locate the issue and pt ok vuu I de recommendations for the best repair approach. He did all this without charging a cent for his time and labor and I will definitively be calling n him once the base problem is resolved. What a great business to work with and very highly recommended!!

My husband and I are very happy with all the services that Fuller Construction has done for our home......they are very professional, take care with you belongings, and most of all the project isnâ t finished unless you are happy. We have worked with Benjamin and his crews for many years and now with Fuller Construction..... recently they came out and made repairs to cracks in our coffered ceiling, removed wall to wall mirror our bathroom and resurfaced walls and removed the master shower floor and installed the new one......the finished product was amazing. Everything looks great and much better than the work that was done originally by whomever. We will continue to call Fuller construction for all our needs.

This company restored my home back to its original condition in a short time. Very professional, easy to work with. Worked on the project almost everyday to finish. The owner Steven checked his workers almost everyday. Has all the equipment necessary for flood damage. Wow. Just wow. I cannot recommend Premium Restoration enough...they were outstanding. We had a major leak that we discovered and Colton along with a team member were at my door the very next morning. They did SUCH a thorough job on the demo and cleanup, and they walked me through every tiny step to ensure we were taken care of. Constant communication and checking in on us, and they even sat with my while I filed the claim with my insurance and spoke to our desk adjuster. We are so grateful to have been connected to this company during a really stressful situation. They gave us so much peace if mind and were a wealth of knowledge and patience. I am so grateful for finding Joel. He is very professional, very dependable, very respectful, HAS COMMON SENSE, and not only listens to what you say and want, BUT he actually follows through and remembers it!!! He asks you for feedback in order to do what you want and to make sure he is understanding your desires correctly, which I appreciated very much. His work ethic is fabulous. He actually knows what he is doing and gets the job done right and timely, never having to worry if he is going to show up! I had a 1,000 square feet wooden deck destroyed by Hurricane Harvey which had to be redone. Only after 4 contractors later and years of delay...the 5th contractor was Joel and he was the only one who really thought things out and knew what he was doing!! He had to tear out part of the work guys before him had done, to fix it, and to finish the job. Thank you so much, Joel. You finally calmed my stress over that deck! I will see you on the front porch and sidewalk project very soon!!! Stay Safe!

Crew is very nice and polite. Even though We had some language barrier issues because crew was Hispanic and was only talking Spanish so I had to use Google translate to communicate with them but other than that they were very nice and finish the job in a nice fashion. I would recommend them to anybody.

Jorge and his partner did a very good job. My complaint was with the sales rep who sold the job. There was a lack of consistency between what he recommended and what Jorge recommended. I spoke to the office manager concerning this issue. It would be nice if the employees were all on the same page. I would recommend the company based on the work completed by Jorge.
