We had a leak in our master shower that required remediation. We weren't sure who to contact since we had lived in the area for only a few months. We contacted United Water Restoration Group and were impressed from the very first meeting. Joel Williams was our first point of contact and was extremely knowledgeable about the remediation process as well as the insurance process. He worked with our insurance giving them all the detailed reports and photos to help support our claim. His confidence and knowledge made us feel extremely comfortable in this stressful situation. Joel stayed in constant contact and answered the phone whenever I called and when he couldn't he called me back very shortly after leaving any messages.
