NEW YORK REGIONAL OFFICE UPDATE
Effective January 2022 the New York Regional Office will be opened to the public on during the following hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for benefits inquiries and for Veterans Readiness and Employment inquiries.
Veterans can continue to get information about benefits or file claim for benefits by visiting our website at www.va.gov.Veterans with claims specific or other questions may request information via Inquiry Routing & Information System (IRIS) at https://iris.custhelp.va.gov or telephone at 1-800-827-1000.

You may be entitled to a Native allotment selection, if you are an Alaska Native Vietnam Veteran who served between 1964 and 1971, AND have not received a Native allotment, OR are an heir to someone who meets the above criteria.
