You must have a minimum of $900 in qualifying products in your cart pre-tax and shipping before you are eligible to apply for qualification for a Citizens Pay Line of Credit. Once you have filled your cart with qualifying items totaling a minimum of $900 before taxes and shipping, go to checkout and sign into your Microsoft Account. Select �?payment type’ and in the drop-down menu, choose �?Citizen’s Pay.’ Fill out the form completely and then submit your application. If you are approved, you will be informed that you have a revolving line of credit available to use at checkout.

A Citizens Pay Line of Credit for Microsoft Store has no application fees and no interest or fees when you pay on time. However, late payments may be reported to the credit bureaus.
