    I was in desperate need to replace my broilers because my heating system was not working as well as it should have been. Luckily American Home Remodeling are able to find me more efficient options at a reasonable price. They updated the entire heating system for all the floors of my house, updated all the electrical switches necessary and even included the clean up for the job. They handled all the permits necessary so my house was up to code as well. The entire job was done within a shorter period than I anticipated and they remained in contact with me throughout the entire process so I was aware of what was happening. I'm definitely going to use them in the near future when I finish my basement

    Vic and his team were truly amazing throughout our entire home renovation. I cannot recommend this company enough. We had new hardwood floors installed in 4 different rooms, our hallway, a wall removed to create an open concept in our home, professional painting, and vinyl floors installed in our basement. Vic, Kelvin, and Mark were always on top of the project and readily available for any questions or concerns we had. During the reno process we also encountered a problem with water coming through into our basement and Vic was able to get the problem fixed so quickly and efficiently to stay on our projected schedule. We were truly taken care of and blown away by the outstanding job AHR did. Everything was beautifully executed and we definitely plan to use AHR for any and all of our future renovations or repairs needed for our home

    We chose JBL, early last October, after getting estimates from five contractors ,and we couldn't be more pleased. Dave (owner), said they wouldn't be able to start until the new year. However, he was able to free up his crew at the end of October to install new flooring in our master bedroom, a few days before we were getting a new bedroom set. The biggest surprise came the first week of November, when Dave told us he could start the master bathroom remodel on December 6th. Once they started that, everything went well. Dave gave us some good suggestions but he was also always open to do anything that we wanted. The best advice he gave us, was to buy good quality bathroom plumbing fixtures for the bathroom, which we did. While it did cost us much more than we intended on spending, it was a smart thing to do, as the quality of the products in the big box stores can't match what we bought. After finishing the bathroom, they started work on a room we wanted in the basement. Again, Dave gave us suggestions, for flooring and lighting, and the room came out great. They also did a nice job in replacing our single front door light with two new lights that we had purchased. After that, we had to wait a few weeks for the egress window to be done, due to supply shipping issues. By the end of February, all was done. One thing that we were extremely happy about, was that Dave came to the house just about every day to see how things were progressing. His crew was also a pleasure to work with. They were on time every morning. They are all very nice, very skilled, and answered any questions we had during the entire process. The outside companies he uses for plumbing, sheetrock and shower glass are all top notch. Electrical work was done by, Mike, one of his own crew, who also does a lot of the carpentry, along with two other men. They left the house clean at the end of the day. What we also liked, is that the only money Dave asked for up front, was the deposit for hiring him and for the egress window, as he had to pay for that to place the order. Other than that, money was only paid after work was already done. Pricewise, JBL was middle of the road when compared to the other estimates we got, so we know we weren't overpaying. We would definitely use JBL again and highly recommend them

    Tom Saint and his crew did an amazing job renovating our entire house. We had a pipe burst which cause a lot of damage and Tom was able to restore the house to better than before. He gave us practical and cost conscious options and made some really great suggestions about design and features. Tom and his crew restored our hardwood floors, gutted and rebuilt the kitchen, dealt with plumbing and electrical, and painted the walls and trim among several other things. We are so happy with the final result – it looks extremely high quality, professional, and modern! Tom was a pleasure to work with. We found him to be an extremely patient, responsive, and communicative. He was on-site frequently and very easy to reach. I don't think Tom ever let more than an hour go by in responding to a call or txt message – usually it was closer to 5 minutes which really speaks to his level of customer service. His whole crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast working. I highly recommend Tom and would definitely work with him again in the future

    Excellent Arctic Mechanic Eric showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. We had a heating zone issue which he diagnosed quickly and correctly. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. He did not charge us for a service call because he installed a new part. He only charged us for 30 minutes labor. You can’t beat that. I highly recommend this company
