The Annual WWII Weekend is on at KRDG.
The event starts Friday, June 3 and ends Sunday, June 5.
There are airshows with WWII aircraft, re-enactments, encampments and more!
Friday and Saturday nights there are Hangar Dances with swing bands. Many people come to the dances dressed in WWII uniforms or 40's attire. It is a great time.

Every Sunday we will have a lunch flight to a different destination (subject to change based on weather)
For renters who would prefer to fly rather than jumping in an available seat, Mid Island has agreed to offer a 20% discount off the airplane dry rental rate! Remember, owners will receive a $.25/gallon fuel discount for fuel used for club trips. And, if anyone wishes to make this a training flight - instructor time will be billed ONLY for the time on the airplane clock. It is just requested you buy the instructor lunch in lieu of paying for ground time.
