Shannon was very responsive, went out of his way to gather our supplies during a run on that type of lumber, completed te work efficiently , was neat, and provide straight-forward advice on how to maintain the pergola.. Andre is a gem of a find as it goes with contractors these days. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up, and is a great problem solver! I hired him for multiple jobs on our total remodel: extensive drywall repairs including ceiling, range fan hood installation, kitchen faucet and plumbing conversion for single sink to double, bathroom and full length closet slider new door installs, minor relocation of our range outlet and deck powerwashing. All these jobs were done very well and any bumps in the road were tackled with the kind of creativity you can only get from a deep base of knowledge and experience. One of his most admirable traits is his persistence; he just doesn't let a project get the best of him.
He was always willing to share knowledge, which was invaluable for me as a first time "general contractor". We will most definitely be asking him over to our new house if we have the need!

I was VERY pleased with Malle Painting--the service, communication, planning, execution, everything! I was careful about who I hired because they had to redo the work of another contractor who didn't know what he was doing. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needed to paint the outside of their house or any other related project.

They removed all of my kitchen cabinets and drawers, sanded them and all boxes. Then primed and painted everything before putting it back together. They did such and awesome job, I feel like I have brand new cabinets in my kitchen. Fantastic work!! Great communication and service throughout the project.
