I hired this company to do a new roof on both of our custom homes and they did a fabulous job on both. They were very personable to work with, cleaned up very well after every work day, finished in the time frame they said they would and gave us a very good quality roof with no problems at all. I would highly recommend them to everyone which they have done several of our friends homes that we referred and all were also very happy with their work.

Mauro was Great! His team was punctual, clean, considerate and extremely pleasant. Mauro an Coast to Coast did exactly what they were contracted to do and in a superior fashion. Special note: A few matters came up due to weather and me, changing my mind on what I originally wanted done. Mauro took these matters and my concerns and addressed each one perfectly. Definitely will use again and refer to family and friends.

I started out hiring them to replace my roof. Keith came by, gave me an estimate and made some sound recommendations regarding ventilation (ridge vent) and shingle quality and pattern. We agreed on the quote and he and his crew delivered on time and with high attention to detail. We did have a mishap where the trailer with all the old shingles actually broke one of the concrete slabs in my driveway. Keith reviewed the damage to ensure that it was indeed a result of the heavy weight of the trailer and agreed to fix the slab. That work was done at their earliest convenience and very professionally also. Keith could probably have argued about part of the reason for the concrete damage being that the foundation below was partially washed out, but he never even blinked an eye at doing the repair entirely at his expense. While Keith was inspecting the underside of the roofing panels, he noticed that my air conditioner was overflowing and provided a temporary fix - that probably saved me a considerable amount of money in possible ceiling damage if it had not been taken care of. He gave me advice about how to follow up on that issue as well. I will certainly keep them #1 on my list of choices for any future remodeling work I might need and recommend them if others ask about home renovation contractors.

Scott was very precise and professional before and during the installation process. He explained why he was doing what he was doing as this was a fairly complicated roof installation. Felt the price was fair and job was performed in a timely manner.

We had a bad experience with a tree service which ended in three holes in my roof. Jeff and his team were a great help in dealing with the insurance company, providing a lot of pictures and working directly with them to make sure they provided a replacement roof which was the same as the replaced roof. He came after hours to make sure our roof was patched well enough to survive storms that were predicted over one weekend. His crew installed the new roof over the course of two days and true to the name left our house and yard cleaner than when they arrived. The new roof looks great and the entire experience convinced us to have Jeff and his team install new gutters and downspouts this week. I couldn't recommend No Mess more. By far the best experience we've had with a contractor!

I was hesitant to use them as the price was very high and personally, the guy talked way too much, asked too few questions and made many assumptions to the point I took offense. If it werent for reading past reviews I would have postponed and use another company. After all they appear to have done a fine job. The helper was definitely the most professional of the two.

Mr. Gaddis is both affable and knowledgeable. He communicated effectively with me BEFORE the job date. Come the appointed day, he arrived on time, ready to work and with the right materials. The job concluded ninety minutes later with satisfying results. The Angi system booked two handymen instead of one, so there was a bit of confusion on site. Though he had arrived first, Mr. Gaddis settled the matter with the other workmen by sharing the job. In fact, Mr. Gaddis wound up instructing the other workmen about the techniques to actually do the job properly.

In the middle of a new gutter install, the workers found wood rot and had to stop for repairs. Tri-Star came right out and replaced the rotten boards, and pointed out other repairs that could be a problem. For a very reasonable price, they replaced seals that will extend the life of my roof. I lost some vinyl trim during a storm a few years ago, and they scheduled to come back with the replacement pieces. Tina and Angel were great to work with. I'm looking forward to the final phase of my roof repair because I can stratch this project off my list.
