I hired Falcone Landscaping & Construction to extend my yard. This included excavation , building a retaining wall , installing pavers and new fencing . I had several companies come give me quotes and Falcone's pricing was right there with everyone else. The reason why I chose Falcone is because the owner took the time to understand what I wanted and patiently explained to me how everything would work. Once the work started everything went exactly how it was explained and the job came out beautiful. Not only was the owner always professional but so were his employees. One thing happened on the job that I was very surprised by, in a good way, The electrician that was hired for the job was a no show so Louis the owner of Falcone did the electrical work which he didn't even charge me to do . By doing this Falcone not only stayed on schedule but saved me about $700 in the process . I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do any type of home improvements and I personally will 100% use them for my next job.

I needed my driveway and front steps redone few months ago. The driveway was in bad shape when I bought the house. The front steps were also worn out. I did not know which contractor to use, since I have not done a lot of work on my house since buying it. I contacted Ahmad and he was very responsive in coming over the next day and inspecting the driveway and front steps; he gave me a quote that same evening. The quote was fair; but slightly above my budget. Ahmad helped me through few options and eventually gave me additional discount and agreed to start the work the following week. Ahmad started the construction project on schedule. After couple of days of work, i started seeing significant progress. My concern was that the workers would take much longer than originally quoted: I needed the project done right; but done fast. My experience was so positive that I decided to add few more items to the construction list: Ahmad ended up doing my garage roof as well as paint the outside walls of the property. Money well spent. I worked with Kamran from Hi Tech Contracting to completely redo our front patio, staircase, and redo our entire walkway. They also power washed and resealed the front brick facade of our house. Working with Kamran has been an absolute pleasure - he's very responsive, offers good feedback and advice. When the team made a design decision that I was not happy with, and caught after the fact, Kamran very quickly rectified it and it was completely changed to my liking. The photos don't quite do it justice, as the concrete and sand is still setting. With that said I will not hesitate to reach out to Kamran for future work.
